This was a great place, very clean, and very spacious. Although there was an issue with the electronic door when I first tried to enter, Scott was very quick to pick up the phone call and help me through the issue. While a part of a bigger apartment, it was quiet the whole time.

If you’re reading the reviews then you are looking for a place in the Waverly area, just hit reserve if it is available!! One of the best Airbnb’s I have ever been in. Updated house with owners who care. Great location just outside of town but private and quiet. I would recommend this place to anyone considering it and would definitely stay again if in the area.

The cabin was clean, cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. A short distance from the casino and restaurants. Will definitely be booking again!

This is the second time we have stayed here around Christmas and we love it. It feels like home, very comfortable, warm and inviting. Setting is beautiful. Kevin is so friendly and accomodating. We look forward to staying there again next year!

Words can’t explain the fun and unique experience. Our group had two families consisting of 4 adults and 5 littles: aged 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5. This trip was thoroughly enjoyed by all 9 of us! The kids enjoyed the games, toys, outdoors & cows while the parents enjoyed learning about the day-to-day operations of a dairy farm. We enjoyed the tours, meeting the cows and watching the various personalities among the cow barn. The adults had a great time playing games and watching the cows from the loft once the littles went to bed. Location was 10 min from an amazing playground/splashpad in Clarksville and we made day trips into Waverly & cedar falls to enjoy a pumpkin patch, John Deere museum and a couple of lunch spots. We will definitely be back in the future so we can check on our favorite cows and enjoy the hospitality of Lynn and her family!

Ray was very attentive to all the needs I had. Place was clean, private, and great internet speeds for streaming and any remote work needs you may have. Beautiful scenery with a nice pond behind you. If you’re looking for a nice get away for a great price Ray’s place is the place to go hands down!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Nontoxic Cozy Wellness! Krista has created such a beautiful and peaceful space in Waverly, Iowa. My husband and I, along with our son, his wife, and three kids, had the most relaxing time enjoying the hot tub and infrared sauna. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to create a cozy, rejuvenating experience. The hot tub was the perfect way to unwind, and the sauna left us feeling incredibly refreshed. We also loved the unique touch of Krista's own products, which added a special, personal element to the experience. It’s clear she’s passionate about wellness and providing a space where people can truly relax and rejuvenate. Krista was a fantastic host, making sure we had everything we needed while still giving us plenty of privacy to enjoy the space.
