Our spacious and secluded guest suite is in the perfect location to enjoy all that beautiful Charleston has to offer. Nestled in a quiet suburb, we’re less than a ten minute drive to the Battery and historic district of downtown, and a fifteen minute drive to Folly Beach. The suite was built in 2023, and includes a multitude of amenities for your perfect trip. With beautiful floor to ceiling windows, the view has sweeping oaks and mature magnolias, setting the scene for your Southern getaway.

Your private, renovated flat occupies the top floor of our elevated home. We live in the floor below and use a separate entrance. We do not allow children under 14 and guests must be at least 24 years old.

Living room, kitchenette, bedroom (queen Casper Hybrid mattress), full bath, large deck. No pets or smoking. 2 TVs with many streaming services included (no cable). Fully permitted and licensed by the City of Charleston for short-term rental (OP#06936). As required by City regulations, we live on the same property, with our home connected to the suite.

The Garden Folly Guest House

Our architect said, “this is NOT a garage, it’s a Garden Folly!” Our Guest House has a bird’s eye view of the rose covered pecan tree and a vista of the marsh and the Wappoo Creek. When we rebuilt our 1930's garage we saved all the beaded siding and pine floor. My husband enjoyed incorporating many design elements and creative ideas. It was quickly becoming the Taj Garage. We decided it was just the kind of property we enjoy when we travel, so, Voila! we decided to share it with you!

There is a private entrance, covered porch and fenced yard area along with off-street parking.
