One bedroom condo on Charleston's closest beach! 15 minutes from downtown Charleston and 500 steps to the ocean. The City of Folly Beach has many pet friendly restaurants, a dog park, and dogs are allowed on the beach from October through April. There is a king size deluxe bed in main bedroom, as well as a queen pullout sofa and love seat in living room. There is a 50" Flat screen TV in living room. Kitchenette with dishwasher. Access to washer/dryer on suite (shared with one neighbor).

The Cosmic Folly Space Ranch

The Space Ranch is a fun, funky house that we love and hope you will too. There are three bedrooms (the spaceship bunk bed is in a playroom, and there is a trundle bed in the bonus room downstairs). The house comfortably and legally sleeps up to 8 people. There is a beach access path immediately out the front door (a 1-3 minute walk), and from the backyard and back porch there are views of the marsh and Folly River. Perfect Folly Beach Hideaway. Located just two blocks from Downtown Folly and a few blocks from the Beach. Easy parking, no need to drive anywhere. This space is small, but does have a sitting area, kitchenette, bathroom, and private fenced yard perfect for watching Folly Beach stroll by. Maximum occupancy is 2 at all times, additional guests are not allowed. It is rented out less than 72 days per year.
