We are so happy to have come across Joseph’s place! It is a lovely and spacious home in a great neighborhood. Central to many activities and restaurants. There were no issues to note. Everything went smoothly. Host communication was excellent. Thank you for hosting us!

Great stay for larger families, especially with little kids. Would highly recommended stay if you want to feel at home in the OC! The toys and play area kept my two boys busy while adults unpacked and settled in. The spaciousness between the first living room and the second living room area made it perfect for my toddlers to roam and not bump into things. The huge backyard with outdoor toys made it easy for the adults to enjoy the fresh Huntington Beach air and sun while the kids played. If I could rate 10/5 for Binh and her husband’s responsiveness, helpfulness, and local on point recs I would!!! There was an issue opening the garage door and she noticed it was hard for me to respond to her on the app and she pivoted our convo to text. Her and her husband were so quickly to come by and resolve the issue while making sure we felt comfortable and safe in our stay. She also recommended some very good local restaurants that my whole family enjoyed (and haven’t stopped thinking about 😋

We had a great stay! The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group of 10. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and easy trip to Disneyland. The location was super convenient, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the home. One small recommendation for the owners—not a complaint, just a suggestion—would be to consider adding a full-length mirror in each bedroom. It would be a helpful addition, especially for larger groups. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again!

Very accommodating for my family!!! If we didn’t go anywhere, there was something to do at the house. So convenient but the star of the week was really the host! Helpful, kind, responsive, clear instructions. It doesn’t get better than that!

My family took our kids to Disney land and this place is perfect!! Very clean and beautiful and cozy inside just like the description and the photos. The hot tub was super clean and love the backyard, so much room. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are super cozy. I love it and so did my family, definitely will be going back again a the tenants are so responsive and really nice. Thank you Brenda we love the home and I just want to thank you for everything!

Debbie’s place was amazing. We were greeted with a nice welcome sign in the living room, and the place was perfect. We took our dog with us and he loved the space in the backyard, lots of room for him to run around in and we just loved the scenery. The beds were a bit small for our liking, but if you’re just in town for a short while it’s not a big deal. Quiet neighborhood, and lots of restaurants in the area is just the perfect combo as well. Thank you Debbie our stay was amazing!

We were there for a total of five weeks due to the fire in Altadena, so became very familiar with the home and the location. It felt like a second home for us and our two dogs - the area felt safe, was quiet (except for two isolated weekend evenings over the five weeks when there was a party nearby), the backyard was large and enclosed, and the house itself had spacious rooms and a nice kitchen. We definitely would recommend this home.

Perfect for a Disneyland stay. 8-11 minutes to the DISNEY parking lot. Parking at airbnb location was abundant. Grocery store was a short walk from the building and was open until 11:00 pm. Seemed to be safe location. no one around. Did not see anyone around when we came in at night. Basically a simple setup that was clean place to eat breakfast, go to the park, and sleep.

It was very nice amd cozy, had walkable stores and restaurants (even walked to a restaurants that was nearby) has a very safe environment and had no issues, love to stay again in future

Un très bon séjour. Un appartement très agréable très spacieux. Après la journée pas dedans nous visitons . Beaucoup de choses à côté de l’appartement et peut se faire livrer. Un plus le lave linge et sèche linge. Sinon rien à redire vraiment parfait notre séjour ces Andy . Merciii encore.

place is clean, safe, and spacious, with plenty of essential items provided. Although I didn’t have much time to fully enjoy everything, the facilities were truly perfect. Most importantly, the host was always quick to respond, even to my many small questions. I truly appreciated the prompt communication. Highly recommended!

Stayed here multiple times—great option

We very much enjoyed the clean house and quiet neighborhood at Greg’s. It was located near our conference and close to restaurants and shops so we could walk everywhere. Thank you!

Would rent again. Perfect 2 bed, 1 bath blocks from the beach and downtown restaurants and shopping.

Nice little cabin. Looked a lot bigger on the images. It’s actually quite small but we enjoyed our stay.

Really awesome place to stay for Disneyland! It took about 25 minutes to get to the parks and only 18 minutes on the way home. Super clean and it actually looks like the pictures. The 4 bedroom is in a converted garage, it felt homey though. Perfect for our family and we would stay there again!

Eve’s place right across the street from Disneyland was great! The unit was the perfect size, much more comfortable and relaxing than a hotel after a long day at Disney. We had 7 people total; 4 adults and 3 kids (2 under 4) and it worked well for us. It’s a really easy walk to Disney as well. Everything in the unit was perfect and it was well appointed with amenities. Eve was responsive to questions and provided great instructions. The unit was very quiet, did not hear neighbors but could watch the Disney fireworks from the patio which was a bonus. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area and would choose Eve’s place over a hotel next time for a trip to Disney.

Seth was the ultimate five star host. He was very responsive with clear instructions. The condo was beautiful and very clean and had all amenities that we needed. It was close to everything including a lake access. We really enjoyed our stay at this place. Would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this condo. Thank you Seth for providing a great experience for our family!

Our son decided that he wanted his 14th birthday to be a calm and relaxing weekend with family. Before heading out to the jacuzzi it started to snow and it was so warm inside he said, this is perfect. And he wasn’t wrong. April is always cold but Big Bear stay felt just right. The unit was so inviting and exactly as expected. We look forward to returning.

The place was very clean, very well laid out and homey, lots of closet space, and I can't say enough about how well-stocked the house was! Plenty of kitchen supplies - everything you could ever need - as well as cleaning supplies, plenty of towels, even extra toilet paper and tissues if you ran out. Office area was a great place to sit and put on my make-up and dry my hair (using the portable make up mirror provided in the bathroom) while my husband showered! Eric was very responsive to any questions. Easy check-in and check out. We would definitely stay again if in the area.
