Hazels Hut

Get away from it all in a cosy shepherd’s hut amongst trees in a beautiful rural location. Hazels Hut has a comfortable double bed, storage below and a compact kitchen unit with double gas hob, sink and fridge, pots, pans crockery and cutlery. Keep warm with a wood-burner and ready supply of wood, or underfloor heating. Outside, there is a table for al-fresco dining. A newly built, heated, shower room is close by along a short path adjacent to the hut. Just 3 miles from Newent and various pubs.

On the edge of The Forest of Dean and Wye Valley, our luxury 16 foot Shepherd's Hut was built and professionally fitted in 2021. It has a shower room with WC, a log burner, fitted bed, kitchen unit with mini fridge and inside dining table. Outside there is 16x9' external decking with a gas BBQ, chiminea, seating and far-reaching views. The hut is on our own 3.5 acre smallholding with tranquility and lots of wildlife to enjoy We do not allow dogs inside the hut but we can provide a kennel

An internal bathroom with double size power shower will ensure a luxurious experience. Its character wood stove will keep you cosy all year round. "Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.

Situated along the River Severn, Mooffitch Garage Shepherd Hut is a short drive into Gloucester city centre and only 20 minutes to the Forest of Dean. The hut is well equipped with a built-in king size bed, TV, hob, microwave, toaster, mains shower and wc. There is romantic festoon lighting in the evening and a hot tub to use at your convenience. The property boasts stunning views of the River Severn including it's daily bores, which can be enjoyed from the riverbank.

Included in your stay are Kayaks, Paddle Boards & Bikes so you can kayak to the pub or cycle in to Bath and create some great memories and fun photo opportunities. At the end of the day you can relax in the outdoor bath with the fire crackling overlooking the water (Large glass of wine in hand optional) The hut is fully equipped with everything you will need for a perfect stay.

Fully centrally heated, with King size bed, extensive outside area, kitchen with gas cooker, microwave and fridge. The panoramic views are outstanding from all aspects of the hut. In addition, the adjacent stable, also centrally heated, consists of a utility area, with space to dry wet kit, wet pets and safe place for bikes, canoes etc.
