Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a family of 4. This 1920s charmer gives you the entire top unit to yourself! It’s 850 sq ft and sleeps up to 6. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy mornings and evenings on the large covered porch with comfy seating. Centrally located—just 2 min to ISU, 4 min to the hospital, 19 miles to Pebble Creek Ski Resort, and minutes from hiking and biking trails. Enjoy your stay in Pocatello!

It is stocked with everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. Washer and Dryer are available for use. The Wooden accents were sourced from a homestead in Bancroft, ID. My wife and I hope you enjoy this space as much as we did designing it !
