Definitely clean and so cute! Absolutely perfect for a quick stay (because no kitchen, but that’s no problem for a few day’s visit). Kim was super responsive and kind— I’d stay again for sure.

Tom and Oksana's place was great! It was spacious, had all the amenities I needed, was in a good location, the shower was hot, and the bed was super comfy and warm. The location was very convenient for driving to the Grand Canyon without having to go through town. I liked watching the birds at their bird feeder from the window, and the view of the mountains was an added bonus. I'd love to go back again.

I stayed for two and a half months, so a longer stay, and Kari Ann was the most gracious and responsive host. The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, private, and a very convenient location for groceries, shopping, and the gym. I would definitely recommend Kari Ann's place to anyone seeking a shorter or longer term stay. If I'm back in Flagstaff, I'd book it again in a heartbeat!

Cozy space in a quiet neighborhood. A short drive to the Historic District of downtown Flagstaff. Nice kitchen area and having a washer & dryer were a bonus.

Beth has created a wonderful place to stay adjacent to downtown Flagstaff. Three minute walk to town. The Airbnb itself was cozy, clean, and modern. My partner and I were visiting for my birthday and Beth made a delicious treat :). Would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a spot near town.

Wonderful private stay in a quiet residential area tucked away just a few blocks from the buzz of Uptown Sedona. Judith was extremely responsive and accommodating. I ended up extending my stay- twice- and had no issues communicating. I love how walkable and scenic the area is. Would definitely consider booking a future stay and recommend to others visiting Sedona- it made my first trip really easy and enjoyable!

My girlfriend and I enjoyed staying at this nice and cozy guest house. It was conveniently located close to the chapel and the shuttle pick-up that loops back into the Cathedral Rock trailhead which is across the way. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We would definitely stay here again if Allison would have us on our next visit to Sedona.

Jeff and Anne’s place was beautiful and I would highly recommend their home. Everything was as described and they checked in to see if we needed anything. I had a wonderful stay at Becky’s place! The house was spotless and beautifully decorated, creating such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. There were plenty of fresh towels and all the essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and more—everything was thoughtfully provided. I also opted for the additional breakfast, and it was absolutely amazing—delicious, generous, and definitely worth every penny! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely recommend this place to all my friends visiting the South Rim. Thank you, Becky, for such a perfect stay!

Excelente lugar para descansar de la cuidad. Si quieren ver estrellas, asar carne y tener fogatas y ver nevar es el lugar que están buscando. Fácil de llegar con el mall cerca para sus compras y poder salir a tiempo al gran cañón, Williams o Sedona...sin restricción de horario de llegada, facil de llegar y trato amable del anfitrión...solo recomiendo darle mantenimiento a la cafetera para que funcione al 200

The place was beautiful! Everything was fresh and clean. Andrea is very easy to communicate with and friendly. The spot in town is beautiful and feels private. There's groceries nearby. Overall a great experience!

We walked into a personalized card and little bottle of champagne wishing us a Happy Anniversary. Flash art lines the walls and the penny counter really stands out in person. You are in a neighborhood, but you feel like you’re in a private cabin. Kelly & Ross both checked in on us to see if there was anything else we needed. The location is perfect, too. Minutes to great restaurants and short day trips to the Lava Caves, Horseshoe Bend, and the Grand Canyon. 100 times better than any hotel I’ve had in the area. Will definitely come back!

Patricia’s beautiful place has all the benefits of an Airbnb (including a large private yard for the guest that has direct access to hiking trails!) while also providing all the hospitality you get at a hotel. Truly the best! I really appreciated the personal recommendations. The scenery is breathtaking. Easily accessible to town. Perfect location. I hope to come back for a visit again!

Words and pictures cannot do justice to the experience of my stay. I spent a lot of time enjoying sunrises, sunsets and the star lit night skies from the private rooftop viewing deck. 360 views of so much beauty. I gained a new understanding of the word awe. The interior design is fun and practical. Plenty of places to sit or do work on your laptop. Everything and more has been thought of. From a basket full of maps, Sedona magazines and brochures to sunscreen, snacks and bottles of water. Everything you might want or need has been provided in this space. My stay here was magical. Althea was a tremendous host. Quick to respond to any questions I had and very thorough in response. The location is amazing as well. Access to the free shuttle is a couple houses down from this place. Broken arrow trail is within walking distance. You don’t have to deal with getting through the traffic of town to go to many of the major sites like Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock or Chapel on the hill.

We chose the PERFECT PLACE to stay in Sedona! Kimall and Trea have created paradise. Quiet neighborhood, separate entrance, many pathways leading to comfy chairs and spectacular views! Kimall's garden paths outside art and Trea's colorful inside art make for a magical stay in the red rocks of Sedona! Birds and chipmunks abound! Green tailed towhee added to my life list! Brush up against rosemary plants along the path and the scent fills the air! I enjoyed pulling a few Worlds of Good Fortune cards from the bowl in the bedroom everyday. Gorgeous artwork on each...a poem...a question... Even better...they are available for purchase..great for gifting and for self. Bring your tea to the porch swing in the morning...stunning view and singing birds...

Only stayed two nights but felt right at home. Was a really quiet neighbourhood and we didn’t hear any noise at all. Very comfy bed and really big bathroom. Didn’t see much of the area as we went down to Sedona and Red Rock State park- would definitely recommend.

Great location, as described, and everything went very well. The only issues we had were fairly minor, for example the air conditioning thermostat kept resetting itself to a higher temperature during the night. Also surprised to find no replacement rolls of toilet paper.

Tim’s place is a gem! The view from the front patio was GORGEOUS and we enjoyed some beautiful nights watching the sunset over the red rocks, and also using the hot tub out back, which was very clean and well maintained. Tim’s place was central to all we wanted to do in Sedona, including hiking and restaurants! Tim also gave so many helpful suggestions for activities and places to eat. Would definitely recommend Tim’s place for a Sedona stay!

We had a great stay, almost a week. This place is spotless and they have thought of everything. The check-in mechanism on the door made it very easy to get in and out. Jenn was an excellent communicator from the minute I made the reservation and very proactive and considerate. When we had an unexpected snowstorm, she reached out to let me know she’d leave a scraper on the porch. Her family lives upstairs but they are very quiet and unobtrusive. Highly recommended.
