Very good place to stay for short or long term I was there for 2 months and had a great time

The place was just as described and very accessible. Everything was very clean. Josie and Rob were very helpful with suggestions for places to eat and things to do. The Italian place right across the street was fantastic! Will definitely consider staying again if we are in the area again.

What a wonderful and very cute carriage home. People previously mentioned the bed, they weren’t wrong. Cozy and warm. I stayed 12 days and wanted to stay more. Andy and Elsie were so kind and thoughtful, great hosts. Great people. Easy kitchen to cook in when you aren’t taking in the great area restaurants. This neighborhood and their street in particular are the finest of the Old North Side of Indy. If you find you are in Indy, this should be you’re #1 pick

Wonderful stay in the guesthouse—private, park like setting that made us forget we were just a few miles from the heart of downtown. The house was very comfortable and very relaxing, so much so that we skipped a bit of our conference to enjoy morning coffee and breakfast on the patio… Beautiful guesthouse and grounds—Jack & Bridget were the perfect hosts!

Stayed at Adam's place for a work trip to Indianapolis. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable and I liked having the use of the garage space.

My family of 4 greatly enjoyed our stay at Karen’s Place! It’s a beautiful, unique setting that’s near lots to do in Noblesville. The description was spot on, and it was a cozy place to relax before and after the horse competition our daughters participated in. Our 12 and 10 year old daughters especially loved going out and visiting with the horses, dogs and cats on the property! We would definitely want to return one day!

We stayed at Kavitha’s place for FDIC week. It was a perfect location, a short walk to Mass Ave for bars and restaurants and a short Uber ride to downtown. The apartment was perfect for us with two separate bedrooms each with their own bathroom. It was close to activities but very peaceful at night. Well kept neighborhood as well. Kavitha was great allowing us an early check in and a later check out. I would definitely recommend her place to anyone.

Katie's place was peaceful and clean. Couches and beds were comfort. Kitchenette was neat and stocked with the basics. Katie responded promptly to messages and clearly communicated. Future guests should be aware that the space between the downstairs bed and the side walls is tight.

This place was perfect for me clean easy access to everything in town quite thank you guys I’ll definitely book again 😊

This is our second stay at Eric's place. We have a daughter at Butler and it is walking distance. Patachou, our favorite breakfast spot, is even closer. The guest house is private, comfortable and spacious. I'm sure we will stay when we're in Indy again.

Ryan was very responsive and friendly. The space and location fit our needs exactly. The price was fair. We felt very safe and had everything we needed.

A lovely space! It was even decorated for Christmas for our visit, which was a cozy touch. There was an issue with checkin that wasn't Val and Andrew's fault but they still came to the rescue after midnight. It is located in a great area, residential but still very close to shopping and restaurants and easy access to the city. Absolutely spotless when we arrived too. Overall great experience!

Kristin and Chase were so wonderful. This location is prestine and the space and rooftop deck was just wonderful. Great neighborhood and many walkable places. Neighbors were friendly and this location is easy and quick to get anywhere. If you have a car the two car garage was fantastic with ample space and washer dryer at your convenience there. It was our home away from home. The hosts checked in and made sure we had everything we needed and if any minor inconvenience happened they were all over it with kindness and ease. Truly a gem place to stay with or without your doggos. Classy, responsible, kind hosts and a super cute location and place to stay for a weekend stay or even longer. Excellent space for 2 in Indianapolis! Local restaurants were delicious and there was always street parking nearby. I would stay here again.

We had a girls weekend in The Bottleworks district in Indy and had a wonderful time! The Airbnb was close to shopping, food & entertainment! Ben was very responsive and attentive. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This was our second time staying in Deb's carriage house. We love the neighborhood and how close it is to so many attractions in Indianapolis. There are many restaurants and bars/breweries in walking distance. The carriage house is comfortable, clean, well stocked and very well kept. Deb is great with communication and the house is easy to access.

This is my second stay at Nicole’s in the past couple of months. It now feels like home to me. She is so kind and helped me out with an early check in. Wonderful conversation with her. The best couch of anywhere I have stayed. The historic neighborhood is great to walk in if you have never been in the area. I highly recommended this great carriage house to all who are coming to Indy.

2nd time staying here when visiting downtown. it checks the boxes off. only issue is delivery since its located in an ally between 2 streets or uber findinf us. however, we like it enough to book a 2nd time and will again in the future.

Tiffany's place was the perfect overnight stop for us on our way to Nashville to visit friends. Tiffany and Garrett were very welcoming and friendly. The accommodations were private and very neat, clean and well organized. We loved that we were within walking distance of restaurants but still felt tucked away in a cozy family friendly neighborhood.

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. My teenage son and I stayed for 4 nights while he had a swim meet at IUI. The place was exactly as described and very nicely appointed. Pros: -Immaculately clean -Very comfortable bedding and quality towels -Well supplied kitchen (including coffee!) -Hosts were super communicative, helpful, and responsive Slight cons: -Small shower, especially for my 6’2” son -Futon bed is suitable only for a child or small person. It was decent for a futon but anyone over 5’2” would find it too short. -Space is very bright at night due to outside lights; sleeping masks were provided but light blocking window coverings would be appreciated.

Very clean, comfortable place in a quiet location close to many stores and restaurants. Dana greeted me when I arrived and was very friendly. The space smelled great, bed was very comfy, and it's the perfect size for 1-2 people. I mainly just needed a peaceful place to relax and sleep in between visiting my mom at the hospital, and Dana's place was absolutely perfect for that. Very tastefully decorated too. Would definitely stay here again!
