Great stay! . Piyumi was great. We had a little hiccup at the beginning of stay. But it was taken care of swiftly. Can’t thank them enough. Would definitely stay again. Gonna be back in 2 weeks hopefully it is available again!

House was clean and nicely decorated. I live local and had out of town guests visiting, and it was a great find near my house and much better than having to rent several hotel rooms. Included thoughtful touches like included keurig pods for coffee, throw blanket next to the couch, etc. McKenzie was fast to respond and easy to work with!

The house was absolutely charming! We loved everything about it- the beautiful kitchen and gorgeous kitchen table were stunning! It was so organized with every drawer and cabinet labeled. The master bed was very comfortable!! The set up was perfect for our family. Sarah was the most accommodating hostess we’ve ever rented from. She asked us if we needed a pack and play and yard toys and we loved having both items. The back yard is amazing with the most awesome treehouse deck , swing, and yard toys. We loved our stay. We couldn’t have found a cuter home! We sure hope it’s available the next time we visit.

We loved our stay here!! It was perfect for our dogs and toddler. Super clean and great decor. Very dog friendly and our dogs loved the big yard! Also great communication with the hosts. We’d definitely stay here again.

What a Wonderful little gem close to downtown, the speedway and a variety of restaurants and shopping. The home was very comfortable and spacious for our group of friends. I will always look for this place first when booking a trip to Indy!

Communication with our host was exceptional from start to finish. They responded quickly to all questions and provided detailed check-in instructions that made our arrival seamless. The location couldn't have been better! We were within walking distance to great restaurants/bars, shops, and attractions, which made exploring the area convenient and fun for our entire family. The place itself was perfect for families, spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The kids especially loved the extra touches and the comfortable living area where we could all hang out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for a comfortable, well-located home base for their vacation.

Plenty of space, nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. You can tell the owners take pride in their home/space. Clear communication from hosts. Would recommend. A++

we stayed overnight and the location could not have been any more perfect for the event I was attending. The instructions were clear and they were proactive about making sure you understood them. Unit was clean and as pictured. There are numerous walkable sites nearby. I would definitely consider staying again.

Highly recommend Dave's place! It was the perfect location for us. It was very clean. Check-in was easy. There was plenty of hot water for two people to take showers. The bed was a little too soft for our aging backs, but still comfortable with good linens. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Not far from the airport.

Samantha gave amazing instructions on checking in and checking out. The place was easy to find and I liked that there was a private parking lot. It was also close enough to the convention center to take an Uber relatively cheap and still get there pretty quick. I would definitely stay again.

This place was amazing! So many things to do around and we loved meeting Joshua who gave us some great recommendations of things to do. It was so cozy and she was very friendly and responsive if we needed anything! We will definitely be back! The only thing was there was a hair clump in the shower when I was getting in but other than that, great place! I love that she recycles and composts too!

Julie was great! She came out to greet us when we first got here, gave us great dog friendly recommendations and all around just made us feel welcome and safe! We will definitely be staying here again!!

I stayed at Acacia's place for 4 nights with my business being at the Convention Center. That was a little less than a mile walk which was super convenient. There was a delicious Ethiopian restaurant on the same block and a modern American restaurant a few blocks down. I really enjoyed the distance to the War Museums, Capitol, and other historical areas of Indianapolis. It was also less than a mile from night life on Massachusetts Ave. The place is quietly tucked in a corner that's gated which felt safe. Her place was matched everything in the description and she was very helpful with the check-in process since there were multiple entrances. The room was private with its own bathroom and kitchen, very cozy. Acacia was an awesome host and would stay again!

Perfect place to stay for a few days in Carmel. Very clean. Had everything that we needed. Will stay again if we are back in town.

I was in town for a conference, and James was amazing! We had some flight delays, so we were able to push a later check out which was super helpful. Walkable restaurants and bars, Tavern at the Point has amazing cheese curds, tried James’ recommendation for the pistachio latte at Coatcheck coffee. Rathskeller near by. James’ place is gorgeous, clean, and quiet. We would 100% stay again if we had to come back to Indy. Loved having the Nintendo and record player!

Elizabeth was an excellent host and communicated very clearly. She was proactive in reaching out in advance about the check in and made it a very smooth process. The space was just what we needed as it was clean and comfortable with some thoughtful touches with extra toiletries and linens. It was perfect for what we needed and I'd recommend to anyone who is looking for a place in that area.

Came down for FDIC, the location was perfect and the host was great.

We had a wonderful visit to Indianapolis, while staying in Terri's home. We enjoyed the comfortable feeling Terri's home provided us. Especially enjoyed the morning coffee she supplied and creamers. We are looking forward to visiting again and hope Terri's place will be available. We also enjoyed her home because of the location, walkable option from Lucas Stadium and the Conference Center. Thank you Terri!

Dina was an amazing host & this is probably one of our top 3 favorite rentals we've stayed in while traveling! It was incredibly decorated & very well stocked for our stay. Location was also wonderful. We parked for the weekend & walked everywhere. Dina also provided very helpful recommendations for food. I'd give Dina & this unit 10 starts & we'll be back!
