Cedar lodge is a detached modern property, located up behind the main house, nestled in a semi-walled garden with a private patio area which enjoys a southerly aspect. Bi-fold doors lead into an open plan living room with a modern fitted kitchen. A sliding door leads to a bedroom with an en-suite shower room. There are heaters in the lounge and bedroom and heated towel rail in the shower room. A parking space is at the bottom of the path leading up to the property approximately 50 meters away.

It is located in a peaceful elevated position with parking (3 cars max) and views of the harbour mouth and out to sea. Extensively renovated to include balconies and terraces this modern, comfortable space accommodates a Maximum 6 ADULTS and 2 CHILDREN (please message if unsure) Sorry no pets due to allergies. Perfectly located for Ready Money Cove and a short stroll to the delights of this harbour town.
