This is a lovely spot that sleeps a group. We appreciated how well-appointed it is -lots of plates and glassware, ample towels and sharp knives! Lovely spot to watch the lake or walk around. We went into town for antique and art shopping.

This home was incredibly peaceful and exactly as described in the Airbnb listing. I loved the proximity to the Twin Cities, yet we felt like we were in another land with how quiet and accommodating the location was for a weekend gathering. The house is well stocked, especially the kitchen, and extremely cozy. The river view was just spectacular, and the east facing home meant stunning sunrises. The bald eagles were out in great numbers and our bonfire by the river was truly magical. We loved exploring the small towns on both the MN and WI side of the river and felt like we were going home at the end of a day of exploring. We were lucky to have a gorgeous sunny Saturday, but this home would be gorgeous in any weather with all the natural light. The host is very responsive and she made our family gathering with my adult children one of my treasured memories this year. I would not hesitate to make Frontenac a vacation destination and this home is truly a rare gem among the many options.

Colleen was an amazing host. She was easy to communicate with, and typically responded to messages within 30 minutes. She was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We are a family of 9 adults and 4 small children that live in Washington; and met in Chippewa Falls to celebrate our son's 31st birthday. Colleen's Airbnb was absolutely beautiful, and the perfect place for a family gathering. It's hard to put into words how lovely this home and property were. Everything about this home was high end: the kitchen was complete with every possible appliance ; the finishings and furniture were tasteful and high quality; the beds were very comfortable with nice linens and comforters. The 4 bathrooms all had showers/tubs. The setting of the home was lovely, and the lake was a beautiful backdrop for our time spent inside and out. We enjoyed the fire pit, the playset and walking on the frozen lake. I would highly recommend this Airbnb!

This Airbnb was exactly as described in the listing—spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located. Our stay was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided all the information we needed for a smooth check-in and comfortable stay. The property itself was even more beautiful than the pictures, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could have wanted. We especially loved the stunning view. The place truly exceeded our expectations, and we would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Despite this being the 2nd year in a row without snow, we had a great time at this cabin! The space was perfect for our extended family. We enjoyed hiking on the trails right outside the back door. We had them all to ourselves! The fish fry at the clubhouse restaurant was very good. The pool, sauna and work out room were fabulous! I highly recommend this place.

Steven’s house was great for a weekend away. So peaceful. Enjoyed the local atmosphere and scenic views.

We loved our stay here. The location by the river and farm is pristine. Andy went out of his way to make sure our kiddo got to ride the pony. Great coffee shop a short drive away (Nolstagic Bean). We hope to come back!

Lynnell’s home was immaculate, each bathroom had its own towels and amenities. There’s a large basement with a great sectional, perfect for playing video games or watching a family movie. Every light switch has a label which I appreciated, as the house is quite large with many lights etc… The table is sturdy plus the large square island made it easy to serve and feed my large family of 6 kids. She’s quick to respond and easy to work with for early and late check-ins. We would definitely stay here again! Cathie and Larry
