Private Attached In-Law Suite w/ Separate Entrance

Step into this spacious in-law suite, conveniently located 15 minutes from downtown Carrollton, UWG, and the hospital. The suite is attached to the main house with a private entrance and no shared indoor spaces. A connecting door links the two but remains locked during your stay for privacy. The suite includes a king bed, sofa, private bathroom, kitchenette, standing desk, reading nook, and TV with Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube. Pet-friendly and ideal for travelers, couples, or small groups.

There’s a covered front porch with rocking chairs and a covered back porch with seating. A walkway leads to a pavilion that has a firepit, games, vineyard, berry bushes, and many fruit trees. It’s 1.3 miles to The Barn at Big Oak, 8.3 mile to Roanoke Farms, 9.5 Miles to The Venue at Murphy Lane, 14 mile to The Train Depot, and 16 miles to Vinewood Stables.

Enjoy a private lakefront getaway in this cozy cabin, one of two secluded cabins on the property, each with its own dock space (seasonal water levels). Bring a small boat or explore the cove with our kayaks. Relax on the lakeview deck, grill outdoors, or gather around the fire pit. Conveniently located near boat ramps, marinas, boat rentals, fuel docks, and lakeside restaurants. Perfect for a peaceful lake escape.

Welcome to Sammy's Lodge! This WATERFRONT *Rustic* country cabin retreat is the perfect country getaway for small families or couples looking for a peaceful and romantic stay. Firewood is available upon request, we will supply enough for one fire, (fire pit outside and fireplace inside) the extra firewood will be $7 per bundle unless you bring your own.
