This quaint 2 BR cabin is perfect for Hockey families or a little UpNorth getaway. The Chattering Squirrel Coffee Café is on property. You can wake up & grab a coffee & homemade Breakfast sandwich without even getting in your car! It's walking distance to the Shops on Main St, Restaurants, Movie Theater, Mini-Golf, Crooked Lake Park & Beach. We're a short drive from the Twin Cities, Duluth & Eau Claire. The cabin has been completely renovated while keeping the original historic craftsmanship.

Nordic Lake Cabin : Sauna/Hot Tub/Pontoon Rental

We finished building this modern Scandinavian cabin in spring 2020. It’s been featured in Vogue and on Magnolia Network. The cabin sits at the end of the road on a private lot with a perfect view of sunsets over the nature side of the lake. Drive past farm fields, into the woods, and onto our private gravel road, arriving at the driveway. Watch loons, tundra swans, eagles, beavers and deer while you relax by the lake. Pontoon boat rental is available as an add on! Pets welcome for a $90 fee!

We’ve spotted bald eagles, deer, ducks, geese, great blue heron, golden eagle, fox, beaver, bear and wild turkey from the comfort of the cabin. One hour from the Twin Cities, it’s the perfect cabin getaway for couples, friends, and families. Located on private acreage in Amery, WI you will be near rivers, lakes, hiking trails and all that Northern Wisconsin has to offer.

Our cozy cabin is located under tall pine trees on a beautiful, northern lake where loons and eagles frequent. Wood Lake is easily commutable - 80 miles from the Twin Cities. Swim and fish off the dock or pontoon during the day, and sit in front of the stone fireplace at night. The Cabin has been completely remodeled, with a modern kitchen and new furnishings. It is also equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi with access to many streaming services. The Cardinal Cabin is the perfect lakeside retreat!

Big Oak River Retreat

Unwind at our cabin in the woods! Located only an hour north of the Twin Cities, enjoy great fishing and gorgeous views with riverfront access or retreat to the electric barrel sauna. Cabin also includes a screened in front porch with a private hot tub and plenty of space to gather. This two-story, 800 sq.ft. cabin has one king bed, one hide-away bunk bed, and one bathroom. We put the living area high up on the second floor to give our guests a bird’s eye view.
