We loved staying here it was clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the porch watching the geese and ducks. Since it’s a corner condo we noticed our porch was a lot bigger than the rest. Ashley was super quick to respond to anything I needed. I really love that we was in the heart of everything but back enough off the main strip that it felt more private and it was quite. I will definitely book with Ashley again and look forward to it.

Great condo in the mountains. Was visiting for a wedding so a very short stay but this condo had everything we needed. Spacious for a condo and gorgeous patio/porch. Hope to return in the fall and enjoy it longer with all the amenities available.

Visited for about 7 weeks...very relaxing and the views during the day and the nights over the lake are beautiful. The condo has been remodeled and everything is first class...definitely a 5 star vacation spot. We were visiting in the off season...have stay in the Tall Ship condos on many other occasions...this unit was the best! Highly recommend.

This is the perfect place to stay if you want a easily accessible place to go skiing at Sugar. My husband and I had a blast on the slope, and it was so nice and convenient to have a place to stay so close and easy to drive to. Kevin was great and very detailed with his instructions and quick to respond to any of our questions. Would definitely recommend!

Wanted a location close to the convention center and this met the criteria. The clean and functional 2 bedroom apartment was in a building that had a back stair cutting the distance to probably less than half a mile. Didn’t need or use the building amenities but there was a pool. Restaurants and shopping were nearby. Cost for 2 people to share was more reasonable than if we had each stayed at a hotel and the location may have been closer than many. This was a good first AirBNB experience for each of us.

Fran and Ron's place was just amazing and was perfect for our family. The best part was after having another AirBnB booked for over 6 months before this huge family trip we had been planning for a year, the day before we're going to leave the other owner messaged us and said the place was no longer available, so sorry, and just dropped us. Fran and Ron came to the rescue. Great communication, a beautiful place, and a great price. We could not have been happier and are so glad we ended up finding their place because it was better than where we were originally going to stay. If you're considering staying at Fran and Ron's condo, don't hesitate to book it and enjoy everything it has to offer.

The place was in a beautiful complex with lots of amenities and gorgeous views. The unit itself was a bit dated inside and could use some upgrades but was comfortable and did the job. The bed was very hard and the pillows were too flat for our liking. Overall we were happy with the place and felt we got our money’s worth. Although we did not enjoy the pressure we got at the front desk to sit through a 2 hour presentation for their timeshares. I was firm and said no but had to do so over and over to get them to back off. Having been on the road over 13 hours that day, I just wanted my room key and not be pressured into that. I will leave it with the view from the deck was absolutely breathtaking!

This was our 3rd stay at Chuck’s place, different unit this time. As with our previous stays, everything was clean, comfortable and worked properly. We love the coziness the condos offer while still having plenty of room for our family! The balcony is so peaceful and the sounds of the river make you forget you’re right off the main road. We look forward to our next visit and will stay here again without a doubt.

Lovely, charming condo for a weekend stay. Beautiful views; thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the porch with my coffee in the mornings. Pet-friendly, which we greatly appreciated. Host was responsive and flexible.

We took a trip to the mountains for some late season snowboarding. We did 1 day at Sugar Mountain (approx 20 min drive from here) and 1 day at Beech mountain (easy walk/1min drive to from here). The space worked for what we needed which ultimately was a bed to sleep in between days on the mountain. We did not use much of the space except for the toaster for morning bagels and the fridge for storing drinks. The location/access to Beech Mountain is the real selling point for this place. I'm not a fan of Airbnb's charging cleaning fees greater than $25 AND requesting that you check off cleaning tasks beyond leaving the place is a reasonable state such as putting things back where you found them, collect used towels/linens, etc but recognize this may be a personal preference. I'm happy to pay a cleaning fee but would expect to do fewer cleaning tasks at check out in exchange.

Fabby is a wonderful host! The beautiful unit was well stocked with everything we needed. I see the care Fabby puts into making guests very comfortable for their stay. We adored being so close to the slopes. We could see the chair lift from the balcony. I highly recommend this location. We would love to return.

I had such a lovely experience staying here! The space was exactly as described—clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable, the Wi-Fi was strong (perfect for getting a bit of work done), and I appreciated the little touches like the coffee setup and local recommendations. The neighborhood felt safe and was close to great restaurants and shops—plus it was just a short drive to downtown Greenville. The host was communicative, kind, and made check-in a breeze. Whether you're passing through or staying for a while, I definitely recommend this place. I'd absolutely stay again the next time I'm in town.

Truly right in the heart of Knoxville! It was so cute and homey! The whole condo smelled like fresh clean laundry!!!!!!!! Way better than any hotel we would have picked, very relaxing! It was wonderful

I would highly recommend this spot to friends visiting Asheville! Very easy to find, close to downtown while still quiet, and above a wonderful bar!

My husband and I were here on spring break, with our 2 boys and I have to say this was one of the best places we've stayed in while in Pigeon Forge. There was plenty of room for our boys to play, and the condo was nice and clean. The mountain views were amazing. The Owners were nice and super responsive. Our boys love the pool, I love that we didn’t have to drive more than maybe 20 minutes or less to get to everything we were looking for. We are looking forward to booking again.

It was a beautiful place and big enough for myself, my husband and our 3 kids. Close to everything. Very clean!

We have stayed here several times and always enjoy the condo. It’s a nice place to come home too after a day of sightseeing. The jacuzzi is a huge plus, and the bed is very comfortable. Easy walking distance to town as well. It’s definitely a cute and cozy little condo.

We had a lovely stay at this mountain house! The location was peaceful yet super convenient—just a short drive to a deli and a couple of restaurants. The pool was a fantastic bonus—huge and very kid-friendly. Inside, the house was well-equipped with lots of toys, and our kids absolutely loved the bunkbed setup. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating with check-in and checkout, which made everything smooth and easy. The only small downside was that the rec room machines required quarters, but that’s more of a facility issue than anything to do with the host. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Linda is a wonderful host and this home is absolutely beautiful! As attractive as the photos are we were even more impressed upon entry. This place is updated everywhere with quality and taste and it is very spacious. So many great spots to sit and enjoy a coffee a book plus a great walking trail around the lake. Only wish our stay was longer so we will be back for a week next time!

This place was one that I will add to my top list to book in the future. It's about a ten-minute walk to the main strip. It was very clean and cozy. Definitely a home away from home. We were even lucky enough to see a few bears. The communication with the host was very clear and accurate. Her directions to the condo were very detailed and accurate, and the indoor pool was a plus as well. Highly recommend!

They were immediately responsive, and always helpful and willing to work with us. There was a minor issue with the kitchen sink, that was handled within a hour of notification, and followed up to insure all was well. The location is perfect for Rod Run, the balconies are awesome to sit on and enjoy the cars cruising the main road. Close to everything in Pigeon Forge, walking distance to the convention center. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
