The Cottage at Grovedale

This tiny house, at a mere 234 square feet, is the perfect place to get in touch with nature, wine, and northeastern PA. Situated on historic Grovedale Farm, you have access to the winery and the property. It boasts modern amenities, such a heated towel bar, hot tub, and cozy fireplace. It has a comfortable loft, but also has a ground level pull out sofa. It is not far from gorgeous hiking trails and local kayak rentals. We are excited to welcome you! You must be 21 to book. The kitchen offers all ammenities, such as a dishwasher, large french door style refrigerator, and a ton of storage along with ample countertops.

If you are looking to escape to the woods and a lake this is your place. We are 25 minutes from Binghamton, NY and 35 minutes to Elk Mountain PA. Our place is comfortable and is your home for the time you are here. Complete house with lake access from the yard, kayaks, canoe, paddle boats, row boat and more. There is a pavilion, firepit and BBQ grill at your disposal. Peace and quiet with no motors allowed on the lake. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED DUE TO COVID CONCERNS.

Kids can run and play. Hunting available a mile away on a State Game Lands 219. Enjoy hiking in the large woods just out your back door.

Kitty’s Place

Kitty’s Place is a one room cozy cabin. Here you can relax as a couple of two or with the family. There are four bunk beds with the option of privacy curtains and a queen size pull out couch. On the outside, you can enjoy a hike through the woods, grilling on the deck, or sitting around the fire pit. Another added bonus to the cabin’s location is we are one mile from State Game Lands 140.
