This ideally located apartment with snappy wifi speed has been stylishly appointed with an open-plan design enhancing the light & bright feel perfect for remote work or a holiday getaway. The quiet bedroom has a large king bed while the sofa pulls-out into a comfy queen bed in the living room. Longer bookings usually include at least one cleaning per week to freshen-up the apartment for you. Relax, explore, rinse, repeat! Recently renovated and stylishly appointed with open plan kitchen/lounge that feels bright and spacious (62m^2). The apartment is positioned on the side of a beachfront building, providing seaside tranquility, away from the road noise. Open the wall-to-wall windows to smell the fresh sea air! The bedroom is cozy and quiet, featuring a king size bed and Egyptian cotton sheets…a touch of luxury to ensure a good night’s rest after a day of exploring Cape Town. The sofa in the lounge also converts into a comfy queen bed with dimensions 203cm x 152cm (6.5 ft x 5 ft). The kitchen is large and fully-equipped, with an adjoining breakfast bar counter that can be used for food prep, a quick snack or as a workspace. There is one full bathroom, with a shower/tub combo, and a second guest bathroom, with a toilet and sink. The building complex does not have a pool, but the Sea Point Public Pool is across the road (entrance R22 for adults R11 for children). Not your average municipal pool, the Sea Point Pool complex sits right above the seawall and includes multiple saltwater pools, diving boards and an expansive lawn for soaking up the sun. Guests have access to the entire apartment and one permanently allocated secure parking bay. We respect our guest’s privacy, but are happy to answer any questions or provide suggestions on things to see/do. We live close by, should an issue or emergency arise. Sea Point is a vibrant upmarket oceanfront community that has experienced a revival in recent years, with trendy shops, coworking options, and restaurants adding to the hip-but-relaxed urban oceanfront vibe. There is a wide range of amenities within walking distance including coffee shops with fast wifi and shared office spaces. The unit includes secure gated parking for one car, and Ubers are widely available. You can also explore Cape Town via the MyCiti bus, which has an extensive route network. There are several bus stops adjacent to the apartment, and the central Queen’s Beach station is just a couple blocks away. For outdoor enthusiasts, the Sea Point Promenade – which is just across the road – is a great for a morning walk or run, and bicycle rentals are also available. In terms of security, there is a groundskeeper onsite 24/7. There is also a Police station across the road, next to the ticket kiosk at the Sea Point Pool, however, Sea Point tends to be a relatively safe neighborhood. In most cases I make use of the Airbnb self check-in facility because I prepare for guests in the morning and live too far away to be able to return to the city for late check in times. I am however constantly available on message and phone for enquiries and conversation. De Waterkant is a hip neighbourhood full of restaurants, cafes, and museums. Venture out to Bo Kaap nearby and explore its cobblestone streets, green spaces, and rooftop lounges. Both areas are within walking distance of the city centre.

The apartment is spacious , homely, stylish and well positioned with sea and mountain views . Great balcony for sipping sundowners Guest have their own access and have exclusive use to the garden and pool . Guests are welcomed by me or one of the staff . ... they have as much or as little interaction as suits . We like to make the quests feel as comfortable as possible . An e-mail is sent to the guest prior to their arrival , with my and staff contact numbers , other useful information ...... local groceries stores , restaurant and tour suggestions . The apartment is conveniently located in a suburban residential area of Camps Bay. This hillside neighborhood is quiet and has access to nearby restaurants, bars, the beach, and downtown. Car and taxi are good or quickest . Bus ( my citi bus ) stop is 500 meters away , every 20 minutes . The apartment is cleaned daily , except for Sundays and public holidays , however requests for either can be arranged .
