Our pet friendly cottages are on 5 beautiful acres of natural bushland between the magnificent Great Ocean Road and renowned surfing location, Bells Beach. Our beautiful home is directly opposite the beach in the heart of historic Barwon Heads. Ballara #8 incorporates a fully restored heritage-listed 'boathouse' and features a pleasing outlook over the river with glimpses of the Port Philip Heads and the Pt Lonsdale Lighthouse. Ideal for families with an outdoor BBQ / dining area and heated plunge pool (both under cover). This house is a wonderful place to stay summer or winter, with gas log fire and airconditioning in the upstairs living area.

Just over the road is the bike/ walking path taking you along the Barwon River. The house is only a short ride to Hitchcock Ave -the main shopping strip. Easily walkable too.
