Our cosy and humble cabin - an old pickers hut from the farm's previous life as an apple orchard - is located in the stunning Huon Valley, with views across the stunning Huon River to the snow capped mountains of the Southwest. You would be hard pressed to find a more peaceful outlook for your morning coffee or afternoon wine as you take in the open skies and the local wildlife. Just a few minutes from the charming village of Cygnet and its many great cafes and shops.

Glaziers Bay Cottage is a colonial style building with modern facilities. It features 2.7m ceilings, walk in robe, open plan living area and kitchen. Ten minutes from Cygnet with magnificent views of vineyards, the Hartzview mountains, and the Huon River. Cereals, free range eggs, bread, milk, orange juice, tea and coffee included for a DIY breakfast. Please note : I'm really sorry but one night bookings are not viable so I have a two night minimum booking.

We are situated 1 hour drive from Hobart, on the Huon River Estuary. The ambience of the property is a secluded, rural, actual waterfront acreage. Guests may enjoy the pebble beach and rock pools together with the private jetty for fishing. We have a secure fenced area adjacent to the chalet suitable for well-behaved pets. The Huon Burrow is a unique underground dwelling nestled into the hillside with amazing views over the Huon River within easy walking distance of cafes and restaurants at historic Franklin in the Huon Valley.
