Coffee shops, parks, and a convenience store are within one km, grocery shops are within two kms. Bushwalking trails, TAFE, St Vincent's hospital, and the Saturday Farmers Markets are close by.

The brilliant design ideas, up market amenities will give a great experience for young family or your business trip. Please note the loft is not suitable to old ages, the second bedroom is designed for yaunger children. The property is located in a fantastic point of Toowoomba.
