The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

Das Haus wird mit Infrarotpaneelen beheizt, hat ein großes Doppelbett von 1,60 mal 2,00 Meter das komplett eingeklappt werden kann. Sie können 2 umsonst Fahrräder und ein kanadisches Kajak, der Fluss Berkel ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Neben dem malerischen Dorf Almen liegen Zutphen, Lochem und Deventer in der Nähe. Unser Dachshund kann man leider nicht streicheln.
