The whole group will enjoy this spacious house centrally located 5min from the beach and just a few minutes away from several golf courses, bars restaurants and grocery stores. The indoor 16x32pool and entertainment room with shuffleboard and 75'' TV are just perfect for those rainy days or in between beach and activities hours. Only 30min away from Myrtle Beach airport!!

Black River Refuge on the Water

The first guest comment I hear is "Wow - pictures don't do this place justice - the house is incredible and the views are spectacular! The next comment is "I thought we were way out in the country but it's only 20 minutes to the waterfront town of Georgetown, with shops, dining, museums and more. Looking to get away? This place is truly a retreat- a 3 bedroom house on the beautiful Black River in Georgetown. Four kayaks provided, swim or fish off the dock just a few steps from the house.

Country farm cottage

Enjoy a beautiful and fun stay at the farm and get to know over 100 rescued farm animals! 60 acres and only about 5 miles from Backwoods quail club and river landing. Wake up to the roosters crowing and the birds chirping. Settle in for the night with the sound of the crickets and if nature plans for it some really beautiful sunsets. 4 beds in upstairs loft. Sofa pulls out to a bed. 1 hour to Myrtle Beach. 1.5 hour to Charleston. Occasional cricket or bug may sneak in. It’s a farm.

The best memories are made on the farm. Life is just better away from the hustle and bustle of city lights and busy schedules. Come stay in this recently renovated fourth generation 1950s farmhouse on an 80 acre working farm. Main pool, hot tub and 2 tennis/pickleball courts are open year round. Satellite pools are seasonal. Beach chairs and cooler are provided, along with a season pass to Huntington Beach State Park. 1/2hr from Myrtle Beach, 10 minutes from historic Georgetown, and 90 minutes from Charlestown. Come and enjoy.
