Everything went perfect, the apartment was fully equipped for a week-long stay, everything was in good condition. The location also is great, you can really see the sea from the balcony, and last but not least - the host was very welcoming and provided all the necessary info. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! There were 4 adults and 1 child in our group, and the space was more than enough for everyone. The living room has a spacious sofa, there’s a comfortable double bed, and an extra single bed that was perfect for our child. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Air conditioners in every room made our stay super comfortable, and the balcony was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The complex is amazing, and the host was absolutely lovely. Highly recommend!

I can't recommend Elena’s apartment enough! The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It looked exactly like in the pictures. One of the highlights was the view from the balcony. The location was also great, just a 20-minute walk from the old town of Tbilisi, making it easy to explore the city. Elena was a wonderful host, very kind and quick to respond to our messages. Overall, I would definitely book this apartment again on my next visit to Tbilisi.

Все очень понравилось. Квартира находится в одном из приятных мест старого города, в относительно новом доме. Рядом отличные кофейни, и кафе. Состояние мебели и квартиры на 4+ (немного потертая но чистая). Хороший вид на отель Шератон и город.

Отличное место, легко найти, чисто и большая терраса с прекрасным видом на горы и старый Батуми. Лучшее расположение, вокруг много вкусных заведений, море и старый город. Очень дружелюбные хозяева готовые помочь или подсказать что то. Останавливаемся тут уже на первый раз 😍🙌

Can’t express the comfort, kindness with words. Clean space was satisfying, one and only airbnb host I will choose forever. Location is in the middle of the center, you can easily reach two metro station, funicular, mtatsminda park and so many popular places by walking.

Everything was great! The apartment's location is excellent – right in the center of the city with easy access to all the main attractions, and there’s also a beautiful view from the window. The host was very attentive and responded very quickly and friendly, which was actually very important to me.

Приятный, тихий район, парк рядом, магазины круглосуточные рядом и кафе. Замечательный хозяин, который всегда был на связи. Спасибо большое! Наш отдых удался.

We had an amazing stay at Kenya’s house. It was so perfect for my family, it had toys for the kids and so much space for them to play. The beds were very comfortable and the street outside was quiet even tho it’s near to the Main Street. It had everything we needs such a tea, coffee, spices, even pasta in the cupboard. It really felt like home. Would highly recommend.

It was a great pick of an accomodation! Dika and her whole family were fabulous hosts! We had everything in this nice, bright and cozy apartment. Communication was great and since even her Kids are professionals, there was always someone there if we needed anything! All together we can highly recommend Dikas place!

Had a fantastic time. Place is at the forefront of old Tbilisi and all the places are accessible through walking. The place is big and can easily accommodate a nuclear family. Enjoyed our stay. Host Nana was very friendly and accessible

We absolutely loved this place. We stayed there for 3 weeks. Very clean. Free of clutter. Well stocked. Great location. Lovely host. Good size. We felt right at home the minute we stepped into the apartment. The kitchen was our favorite in 1.5 years of full time travel. We were there in winter and the apartment temperature was perfectly comfortable. There were so many little thoughtful things provided like salt and sugar, napkins, paper towels, cleaning supplies (including a vacuum), laundry detergent, toothbrushes, garbage bags, extra blankets, sheets and towels. Those touches always make me feel the host really cares about your stay there. We loved Kutaisi and hope to visit again. We will definitely be rebooking this place when we do!

Location: taxi to metro Varketili is 10 minutes away and you can get to ciy center without traffic jams. You can easily park a car nearby, get on highway to airport, Telavi or Liberty square in Tbilisi center. There's huge lake in walking distance and plenty parks around. Nice place, without night noise of city center. Nati is open and easy-to-communicate host. Apartments has new great mattress in the living room, good sofa. There are also enough space to take yoga class without any discomfort.

oleg and his partner were more than accommodating... i stayed multiple month in different units in alliance palace with them... any problems or concerns were dealt with in a timely and professional manner... great property and great host... i recommend 1000%

Михаил всегда был на связи, оперативно решал все вопросы, связанные с различными нюансами. В Орби присутствует проблема с лифтами, надо немного попроще к ней относится и приспосабливаться к различным вариантам. Они есть! Проживание и хозяина рекомендую! Спасибо 🙏

Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, und hat sich wirklich um mein Wohlbefinden gekümmert. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit schnell und unkompliziert, was meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das Apartment war makellos sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für alles!

Aida is a wonderful host. She welcomed me with a bottle of wine and always informed me of potential utility interruptions. Her kind husband came over to fix the water heater immediately after I told them it wasn’t working. The apartment itself is cozy (has one of the better beds I’ve slept on in Tbilisi), and it’s located near one of my favorite restaurants (Maqashvilebtan). Overall, the value is quite good in my opinion. I had a little problem with noisy neighbors, but Aida informed me that they are no longer there.

This apartment has a great location, in the heart of one of the best areas of the city, a few meters from the square with subway, restaurants, stores and so on. At the same time, the location in the courtyard gives a quiet and cozy atmosphere. It is also a large and beautiful apartment. Communication with the host was also excellent.
