Newly renovated! The Smoakhouse Ranch is a historic property, nestled in the center of the best Florida's north country has to offer. This is our largest Cabin, hand built of #3 sawmill cypress and aged cedar. We've been entertaining guests since the 90's, and this is our most popular offering! The Earl cabin recreates the actual hand-built, rough cypress, 1920's farm house, with all it's warmth, open family space and pioneer spirit. All of the amenities and comforts, in a very special place.

The Confluence Cabin

The Confluence Cabin is a beautiful cedar home nestled where the Ichetucknee River pours into the Santa Fe. The sprawling 2 acre property has more than a full acre fenced in, making it the perfect spot for children to play on the tree swing and for dogs to run off leash. Grill out and eat every meal under the canopy of oak trees on our 400 sq ft deck. Bringing your personal boat or jet skis? The boat ramp is right down the street. There are also pontoon boat and jetski rentals nearby.

Suwannee River Retreat

Beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located on the historic Suwannee River. Get away from it all. Easy access to Fanning Springs (1.5 miles up river) and Manatee Springs (7 miles down river). Bring a boat, or two 2-person kayaks available for use. Great views from the deck and dock that overhangs the river. Very peaceful. Please note this is a rural area, it's wooded and can be dark. Get unplugged for a few days and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the Suwannee River.

Secluded, peaceful, country property in the heart of springs country. Come relax, enjoy the peace and quiet and the bright stars. This cabin offers everything you need. This is our farm where we have free roaming chickens, dogs and cats. Your well behaved small pets are more than welcome to join you during your visit. There are many springs nearby, all within 10-30 minutes away. Escape from the city and enjoy the tranquil country life.

Calm, Quaint Country Cottage

This calm country cottage will have you singing along with Nature's morning song and pleased to relax as Golden Hour settles into the night. Nestled on 5 green acres, this cozy cottage will invite you to simply become one with a good book, a puzzle, a board game, a glorified nap, a cookout, and/or preparing for a big day out at one of the many local Spring-fed State Parks- all within 3-35 miles. Fur babies are welcome, too.
