It is convenient to the New River - 100 ft and put in about 1/4 mile (fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking). Close to hiking trails (Appalachian trail , the cascades, Mill Creek). It's a great gathering spot for a nice getaway. Once a railway town, the stations are long gone but the train still comes by and is fascinatingly close. The house was built in the late 1800's.
