Beautiful views great amenities and it's not far from all of the shops and restaurants. Really enjoyed this relaxing cabin. Host was absolutely great and always checked in. Excellent experience overall and will definitely book again.

The view was amazing! We had such a great family girls trip. Having coffee in the morning while staring at the mountains and hearing the birds was a great start to each day. Our host was helpful and responded quickly.

This place was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed during our stay, including plenty of firewood! The house and amenities were easy to navigate, the light switches were all labeled! One thing that stood out was the smell of the towels and linens. I usually expect scratchy towels that have a bleached smell. These were soft and smelled like they were fresh out of the dryer. Great host and I will definitely book this property again!!

This place was absolutely beautiful and amazing and we are already thinking of coming back for a longer stay. Joni was great in responding. We had an issue with the hot tub, I sent a message and literally the next someone came out and fixed the problem. Overall we loved the experience.

We had a great time for our annual family get together. Plenty of space and kitchen supplies for home cooked meals. The local deer even paid a visit while they were passing by! We would certainly stay here again.

Our stay was great! There was 14 of us and the home was extremely accommodating for everyone. Plenty of space and great views just as advertised. I hope to book this home again in the future.

This place was perfect for our girls trip with my mom. The location was perfect for our day trips to Ellijay and Blue Ridge. We loved the front porch and fire pit and the fireplace! I also love that there were TWO master suites! Shannon was great with communication

We loved staying at Lindsay's place, it is just as shown in the pictures, quiet and everything was clean. I would come back anyway for an upcoming city break. Spacious house, with everything you need to stay and more. We enjoyed our stay very much.

My wife and I took a short, last-minute trip to the Rainbow Lodge and couldn't have been happier with our accommodations. The river views from most rooms in the house (and from the hot tub) were spectacular, the bed and bedding were comfortable, and the property was peaceful and lush. The host, Brad, was quick to respond and was very detailed and thoughtful in providing information and ample supplies to make our stay convenient, comfortable, and relaxing. For a small fee, we were able to arrange a late checkout. There are a lot of stairs inside and outside the house, so it's probably not suitable for very small children or those with mobility issues. For us, this was a 10/10.

We enjoyed our stay at Frank’s and Anne’s place. It was as described and very comfortable. We appreciated both the host friendliness and the privacy and quiet. Sitting outside watching the birds and deer was relaxing and perhaps our favorite thing, but we also enjoyed the darts and pool table. And deeply appreciated the little touches like coffee to fix in the morning. Thank you, Frank and Anne!

The most perfect house for our family vacation!!!! We had a very large group and it accommodated the kids and the adults!!! The private lake on property was worth every penny!!! Mr.Drew was so nice and responds very quickly! We will definitely be back! One of the best vacations we have been on! Thank you for sharing your amazing property with us!!

My stay at Austin’s was phenomenal! It was a very cozy place super private and great views of nature definitely a way to get away from reality and kick back your feet. Austin was very attentive to our needs and any questions I had. I will be returning to this amazing stay!

Beautiful cozy cabin, lots of deer all around!! Had deer grazing 20yds from the hot tub while we relaxed in the evening!!! Only advise is to use waze app to find the cabin. Google maps wasnt working well and tried to take us way out of the way! Susan was very responsive to answer questions! Thank you for a great stay! We would love to come back again!

We had a lovely stay! The cabin is cozy, well-equipped, and very pet-friendly — it has everything you might need. After local weather ruined our Spring Break plans, we made a last minute pivot to this cabin and couldn't have been happier with the decision. The location was perfect for a relaxing weekend. The majority of our time was spent next to the river or on the porch soaking in the view. The layout was great for our two families giving everyone plenty of room. The cabin was well furnished and had everything needed to cook several meals. Overall I would absolutely recommend.

The lovely cottage was a great escape for us. It was peaceful and quiet but also had easy access to Blue Ridge and the surrounding areas. We woke up to deer around the cabin which was a special treat. Great view for sunset. Made for a very special weekend.

We had a great stay! Very cozy home with great layout and amenities. The owners were very responsive and helpful when we had any questions. We brought a few things to their attention and the immediately offered solutions. We would definitely stay again!

This house was everything we hoped it was going to be. The river access and the ongoing rushing water sounds are amazing. We fired up the BBQ and built a nice fire on the river side patio. Super peaceful and private. We were also able to throw a tub in the river and swim around a little . We will definitely visit this place again.

Beautiful, peaceful and very private cabin to just get away for awhile. Would recommend and would love to go back there in the future! Kitchen was stocked with staples and loved the choice of k-cups and coffee. Bedding was very nice and comfortable! Loved our stay!

There was plenty of room for our large family. The kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub and pool table were great! The fire pit was a fun area to hang out. Someone dropped off some wood that was a little green but we had brought our own wood so it was all good. The rain made it a little tough to drive on the dirt road, but we made it okay in our SUV’s. The owners described the challenges in their description so we were prepared for that. Thanks for a great place to stay! We would definitely recommend and would stay again. The owners were very helpful!
