Xfinity high speed Internet, eero 6+ mesh Wi-Fi router. Free Netflix movies. Uber and Uber Eat are also convenient here.

Bedroom is completely private and faces the back yard with private entrance. Host lives onsite, but bedroom is closed off from the flat. 5 blocks from Glen Park BART Station. Street parking is easy- you can park all day long. Street cleaning is every other week and on different sides of the street.

Please note: Airbnb's "listing types" do not have a good fit for our studio. "Entire Place" best describes our studio because it is the only room on the ground floor of our home and it is private with its own entrance. However, there are shared areas in our listing including our home's front door, basement/office, and backyard.
