Recently renovated. Built in the 1870's, Welby Park Manor is one of the oldest homes in the Highlands. The Chapel is a freestanding sandstone guest cottage with private entry and outdoor area. The property is a two-minute drive from the Mittagong shops, a seven-minute drive to both Bowral and Berrima, and close to local wineries and restaurants. The tiny home is architecturally designed featuring white washed birch plywood, concrete style panels and brushed nickel fixtures. Our large deck and awning allows you to sit out and enjoy the fresh air regardless of the weather. The views span across the rolling highland hills and paddocks filled with horses.

Chagall's Shed

A rustic hideaway at the bottom of our half-acre garden under gum trees filled with native birds. There's a small private garden at the rear, a sprawling vege patch and the fire pit in front. The 5x8 metre building has a small ensuite and bar fridge. There's no TV but the WIFI is fast and a projector with HDMI connection is discretely placed to project streamed cinema onto the wall. We are just 2km from the town's best cafes and Mittagong Station.

This is a comfortable self-contained studio, formerly an actual artist's studio, underneath the main residence, with its own shower and toilet, as well as a kitchenette. It has a queen bed, a king single that doubles as a sofa, and a single trundle bed. It has a small dining table and four chairs. It now boasts a camping washing machine for light loads, and an airer, as well as a dehumidifier. I also added an air fryer!
