This beautiful studio has an amazing view from the top of the hill and is within walking distance to historical downtown, Restaurants, shopping, and a ton more! *Homeowner lives on site in the house above the studio* *dog must be less than 30lbs

The is also a futon couch in the gameroom that has a pac-man arcade machine as well as well a table top arcade machine with over 17,000 games on it and a basketball machine. The Tree House / Tiny House is our 200 sq ft guest house, nestled in our private primary residence back yard. This little house has everything you'll need for a short stay. The DOUBLE bed turns into couch. Small Fridge, burner, microwave, coffee maker & other essentials. private toilet and shower (no bathtub). Walking distance to L.O.S.T. Trail which connects to the Arizona Trail, walking distance to bridge that leads to main street and access to wifi, grill, hot tub and private parking.

Located on the ground floor with a separate entrance and private back yard, it will delight guests with an airy and well-appointed kitchen, a cozy TV room, a deep alcove soaking tub and a serene bedroom and sitting room. The back porch offers a writing desk and reading nook with many books on Arizona and Globe-Miami. Great to enjoy views of the yard/garden while enjoying "me" time.

This property was formally one huge house that was recently converted into 5 separate apartments. This particular unit is Unit 1 with street parking right in front of a private courtyard with a BBQ. The Unit itself has an open concept with a large Livingroom and Kitchen. There is one bedroom with a king bed and a second smaller bedroom with a futon. The bathroom is also spacious with a shower in it. *no tub* *no washer/dryer currently**street parking only*
