Ferienunterkünfte mit Frühstück in Gogebic County

We were in the area to visit the porcupine mountains and Joseph's basement apartment worked great. We were about 30 minutes from the western tip of the park. We packed a lunch and spent our days in the mountains. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for making meals along with various travel brochures for options of what to do in the area.

Anne was a great host. She made sure we had everything we needed. She invited us to come join in on the fun. I will definitely be staying there again when we go back!

We had a wonderful stay at Nancy's place. The French Suite was exactly what we needed. It was under 30 minutes to Lake of Clouds and a short drive to MANY beautiful waterfalls. The beach was right down the street. It's a great location with many good places to eat within walking distance.

We had a very pleasant stay with Jill and Steve. We were welcomed and treated like family. They made great suggestions of where to eat in the area and served a pleasant continental breakfast. We had a relaxing paddle on their beautiful lake, in their kayaks. It’s a unique, one of a kind North woods experience, with hosts that proved to be excellent conversationalists. We enjoyed the lake view and went to bed listening to the call of the loons. We will return next time we’re in the area.

My fiancé and I needed a little getaway from all of the stress in our day-to-day lives. Alan and Debbie gave us exactly what we needed. The hospitality was phenomenal, along with the breakfast. I enjoyed all of the conversations we had with Debbie and Alan, and I’m now wishing we had more. My favorite aspect of this stay was the incredible biodiversity on their property. So many different types of plants in the bog/woodland habitat. I loved watching the beavers and wood ducks float along without a care in the world. I even got to birdwatch from my bed, which was a first. My fiancés favorite part of her stay was the warm welcome and the hospitality. She said Debbie made her feel like she was at home. It was a much needed mental health break, from the chaos of planning a wedding. Thank you so much Alan and Debbie! We hope to stay with you again in the future!

WE were in the area for work. Great place to stay with everything we needed to accommodate us for the week. Great communication from Nancy which made everything from check in to check out a breeze. Would stay again!!

Jill and Steve love to share their space. Thank you! The beauty of the woods and water are so inviting and relaxing and pair well with the comfort of their lodge and individual rooms. They welcome conversation at breakfast or around the fire, as well as support personal time to enjoy the many amenities they offer …boating, walking trails, fishing, exploring and relaxing.

This house was one of the cleanest and coziest places I have stayed. Everything was cleaned extremely well and we felt right at home with all of the amenities, supplies and extras that they provide. And it’s not often that you get nice towels in these rentals and not only were they soft and fuzzy but they were plentiful. The hosts live across the street and were super responsive. We had an unexpected freezing rain and when I inquired about where to find salt for the stairs they came right over and took care of it within just a few minutes. We will absolutely look forward to staying here again the next time we are in town.

Our 2nd time staying-just keeps getting better and better! So nice to have an incredible place to come home to. Jerri has such an eye for interior design and left no stone unturned as far as providing everything you could possibly need or want. Of course as soon as we came through the door we headed right towards the home made treats! An interior designer who is also an elite baker?! Unheard of. The Bakery Bungalow and Bakery Bunkhouse will exceed all of your expectations and the location is PERFECT. Convenient to stores and restaurants and equally convenient location for sight seeing and hiking. We thank Jerri and Gary for taking our adventures to another level. We will be back again and again. Shhhh don't tell anyone about this place, its just too wonderful. P.S. Don't miss dinner at the Iron Nugget.
