Three Ponds

No cleaning fee! Private suite .Fish our ponds and enjoy 7 acres of serenity @ play our 9 hole discgolf! 5 minutes to downtown Grass Valley. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.

Enjoy the view of the snow capped Sierras while soaking in the hot tub, reading on the private porch, or sitting next to the cozy fireplace indoors. Summer is upon us, and the weather is perfect! Our apartment is located under our main house, with its own keyless private entrance. You'll enjoy a quiet and peaceful setting among tall pines, with wildlife abound. Amador County is rich in gold mining history, and has many charming gold rush towns for you to visit. If your travel journeys include both Yosemite and Lake Tahoe, we are conveniently located between the two ( 2 1/2 hours from Yosemite, and 1 1/2 from Tahoe)

Truckee River Bike House

ON THE TRUCKEE RIVER right in the historic downtown area, our little place is a 2 block walk to restaurants and shopping. You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper. we have a couple of other mattresses we can bring in if you prefer a softer bed.

The Inkling -Studio Guesthouse Downtown 2 beds

The Inkling is a separate apartment attached to a Victorian home built in 1890. It is in a quiet neighborhood near beautiful scenic canyons. Close to Old Town Auburn, you may enjoy restaurants, antique shops, family-friendly activities, the American river, and many, many trails. It is less than .5 miles from downtown as well. There is an enclosed grassy area for our human and canine guests. We live in the main house with our 3 small dogs Lola, Leo and Charlie.

Cottage is located centrally 10 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from the airport and Sacramento State, 5 minutes to the Arden Fair mall. It is a larger cottage style suite with its own entrance.
