Experience the cool breezes that this cozy and stylish A Frame cabin has to offer in the mountains of Prescott. Take in the morning sunrise on the 400 square foot deck with mountain views or enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings as you bbq and warm up by the propane fire pit. Granite Mountain views is a spacious studio that is a walk out below our home, fully furnished. Only access is from the outside. We do live above the studio. There is a kitchenette, large bathroom, Queen bed, full sofa sleeper, and no carpeting. There is parking on site and a private deck to enjoy. It is 5.4 miles to historic downtown Prescott, 4.5 miles to the “Worlds Oldest Rodeo”, 1.4 miles to Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and 11 miles to PV Event Center. Come enjoy Prescott!

A few minutes from tons of hiking and Goldwater lake for fishing and kayaking. At over 6,200 feet of elevation enjoy the fresh air and cooler temperatures. With no neighbors in sight in a quiet serene setting situated at 6500 elev. To get to our amazing view & home a high profile vehicle is recommended, it is a 1/4 of a mile on a steep dirt road. Lynx Creek runs through the property and its 1/8 of a mile back in the forest, yet only 15 minutes from downtown Prescott. Wonderful for those who love the outdoors and a quiet rustic getaway... yet close to town if you want more. There are only four cabins in the vicinity. They sit on 20 acres of Ponderosa Pine, Oak, Juniper and Arizona Aspen that are surrounded by federal land.

The home is a modern skandi with all the luxury and comfort one would desire including a luxurious 2 person hot tub. We also have a library of vintage books and games for you to enjoy!
