Ferienunterkünfte mit Kamin in Golem

Ottimo alloggio, situato in una zona tranquilla, a pochi minuti a piedi dalle spiagge. Nei dintorni si trovano i servizi di base, piccoli supermarket inclusi. La casa è esteticamente ben arredata, con letti comodi e zanzariere alle finestre (particolarmente apprezzate, considerato che la zona è abbastanza infestata dalle zanzare). Il luogo inoltre dista pochi chilometri in auto da Durazzo. Con Ina ed Elio la comunicazione è stata ottima. Mi hanno dato tutte le informazioni necessarie e si sono mostrati sempre disponibili per ogni evenienza. Lo consiglio!

La ubicación un poco apartada pero a su vez céntrico. Pasamos un poco de calor en la casa por los días de calor que hizo. El anfitrión muy atento en todo momento y de rápida respuesta

Unsere Zeit bei Angela war wirklich klasse. Die Villa hat alles was man braucht und ist top modern ausgestattet. Nachdem wir angekommen sind war Angela immer für uns da und hat uns viele Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen und Strände in der Umgebung gezeigt. Wenn wir fragen hatten war sie immer erreichbar! Gerne wieder!

Amazing place, seconds from the beach (and a bar that does very good cocktails). Excellent in all areas, in an excellent area. Host is very helpful and responsive. Couldn’t recommend it enough. Thanks again and can’t wait to come back!

Wij hebben met 6 man een geweldige tijd gehad, Een lekker diep zwembad en mooie locatie dicht bij het strand. De villa zelf is mooi en ruim en zeer geschikt om met 5 stelletjes te verblijven. De foto’s van de villa spreken voor zich. Erg tevreden en komen graag een keer terug! ~ Rick veenstra

Wir waren sehr zu Frieden mit der Kommunikation bishin zum Check In alles hat reibungslos geklappt, und das Haus war wunderschön und sauber.

This was an excellent place to stay for us as our original booking got cancelled on the day. Henri was super communicative and let us come with less than an hour's notice to stay for a night. The place was clean and large. We were 7 people and very comfortable. Two floors with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, balcony, TV and a fish tank. It was all very well put together. It is 6-7 minutes walk to the beach, crossing the old railway track. There is a supermarket literally next door, and some restaurants (pizza, kebab) a few minutes walk. But the main sights of old Durres requires a bus which goes from the main road (3-4 minutes walk) and cost us 40 ALL each. The main bus station with buses from Tirana is about 26-28 minutes walk (not recommended) or the 10 minutes bus ride if you can find the bus. The place is basically at the beginning of the beach area very close to the main road, which is a bit of an industrial road. Lots of space for the money and kind host.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Die Kommunikation mit Armando war sehr einfach und freundlich. Er reagiert schnell auf Nachrichten und kann hilfreiche Tips für die Umgebung (Restaurants, Verkehrsmittel etc.) geben. Die Unterkunft war leider nicht ganz so leicht zu finden, da sie nicht ausgeschildert war. Doch auch hier reagierte Armando direkt und antwortete sehr schnell und begrüßte uns persönlich an der Unterkunft.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Durres. The owner was exceptionally nice and attentive to our needs. What really stood out was her initiative - she went above and beyond by providing us with items we were missing in the apartment without us even having to ask. This level of thoughtfulness and care made our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment itself was well-suited for our needs, and the owner's hospitality made it feel like a home away from home. We hebben een erg fijn verblijf gehad bij Viljam! Hij communiceerde snel en duidelijk. Ook was het zwembad heerlijk en alles in het huis werkte goed en naar verwachting! Mooie omgeving en veel supermarkten in de buurt.

We had a fantastic stay in Albens beautiful villa. The accommodation was just as described and very clean. The pool was a bonus and very much needed in the heat. The beach is very busy but well worth a visit for the amazing sunsets. There is a lot of building going on in the area but it didn’t affect our stay at all. There is a great bakery and supermarket nearby . I would highly recommend a stay here.

Kim et son père Ilir sont vraiment très disponible et reactifs à la moindre demande, un gardien à proximité arrive très rapidement lorsque l'on a une demande. je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la relation avec Altin le mari d’Irena. C’est lui qui était au rendez vous d’accueil pour notre séjour. Tout a été impeccable. La maison et son beau jardin est au cœur d’une pinède à 100m de la plage. Altin est de bons conseils concernant les restaurants qui sont faciles d’accès à pieds. Nous étions donc 7 personnes, un couple et un autre couple qui a ses trois enfants. Nous occupions la chambre du bas équipée de sa salle de bain. Et pour les nuits les 5 autres vivaient en haut en ayant aussi leur salle de bain. Top ! La cuisine et le salon sont grands et bien équipés. Merci à Irena et Aldin d’avoir fourni une télévision dotée de très nombreuses chaînes internationales ! Le plus … on peut garer sa voiture dans la cour ! Bref … merci, très bon lieu !
