we had a lovely stay , place is cozy and in a safe neighborhood. would recommend this to anyone and will be one of my colombo places when ever I visit. host was friendly and easy to communicate. thank you

i booked the place like at the airport just before take off and Ranjith has been ever so helpful. I mean, short notice, and he managed it well! the check in was flawless. the place was mesmerizing he made sure he got us some water and milk and tea fresh so we can relax a bit! his recommendation throught the time was amazing. the cherry on the cake was, he allowed us to extend our stay and didn't charge a penny. thanks Ranjith, amazing experience

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in central Colombo . The apartment was modern with all amenities, and clean, exactly as it apears in pictures. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it feel just like home. One of the highlights was the breathtaking sunset view over Colombo, which we enjoyed. The location was central and the security was excellent, giving us peace of mind . Our host, Nayani, was very responsive and the caretaker also greeted us with genuine warmth . Although we only stayed for one night, it was a very comfortable and memorable experience and we are sure to come back.

Vi boede her kun en enkelt nat inden vi skulle i lufthavnen. Det var en fantastisk oplevelse. Et utroligt hyggeligt sted og alt var så lækkert. Personalet var ekstraordinært imødekommende og helt fantastisk utroligt søde. Vi vil helt sikkert gerne bo her igen og så vil vil bruge længere tid. En dag var alt for kort.

Suggestion, change main door lock and install 9000btu AC for leaving area.

Great place to stay if you want to be immersed in local life and beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful. It was close to several eateries. I went into Colombo and there were two bus stops within walking distance. It took a bit over an hour to go to Colombo fort via bus or about a 35/45min tuk tuk ride. I didn't mind it being far away. It's very close to the airport. The accommodation is incredibly spacious and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the balcony where I would eat some of my meals.

We enjoyed the house very much! It was such a luxury place with everything we needed and the swimming pool and the gym was nice one too! I would recommend this house to anyone for sure!

I experienced a excellent stay at Sudam's place. Sudam was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was nice, clean, and well-maintained. It was equipped with every essential item, including a washing machine, refrigerator, gas cooker, TV, water dispenser, clothes rack, hair dryer. Everything was properly cleaned and well-maintained. I reached well past midnight and Sudam was there to welcome me to ensure my stay is comfortable. Sidam also allowed me to checkout a bit late as my flight was late at night, which was very helpful. This place is just walkable distance from Colombo-Kaduwela main road and Thalehene bus stop. I used public transport for most of my visits to Colombo, so it was very conformatable to me. A lot of restaurants and supermarkets are available just in walking distance. I would highly recommended for everyone looking for a comfortable stay in the Baththaramulla-Thalahena area.
