We call this our Cabin but it is a small home with 110m2 living area & 47m2 of outdoor undercover living. 13 minutes from Mansfield & ideally located to explore the High Country.

Depending on water level we can be on the banks of Lake Eildon.* This uniquely positioned home, enables guests access to the best of the Victorian high country and Lake Eildon. It's about 55 minutes to the top of Mt Buller and 20 minutes from the historic Mansfield township. Enjoy the Jameison township and Brewery; The Delatite Winery; The High Country Maze & Gardens; the Mansfield Zoo and stunning walking and riding trails less than 10 minutes walk from the house. *The water is low. With 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 guests, this large property is perfect for large families to kick back and relax. Kids will love the trampoline and sand pit - complete with rock climbing wall and slides. Adults will love the wrap around balcony with lake views and large lower sun deck for dining.

Beautiful Bungalow with a view

Comfortable and cosy. Stay at this beautiful bungalow with terrific views of Mt Buller. It's a short walk to the main street of Mansfield with lots of cafes, pubs, restaurants and shopping. My husband and I live on the property in the main house and can be of assistance if needed but otherwise you'll be left to yourselves to soak up the views and enjoy the fire pit with a hot or cold beverage of your choice. We provide some breakfast supplies, milk and tea and coffee.

Forest Way Farm Tiny House

What was once our tiny family home now sits on a little farm for you to enjoy, looking over the orchard and forest. Your own driveway will lead you out to the little house, past our private residence and orchard. You can rest on the deck, lay on the grass or soak in the tub. With no WiFi or TV you can disconnect for a while and let the surrounds recharge you. Wander with the chickens in the orchard, take yourself out into the forest or explore the Yarra Valley.
