The property was spotless upon arrival. All surfaces were clean, the linens smelled fresh, and the house smelled amazing . The Airbnb is situated in a convenient area, close to local restaurants, the grocery store, and the main highway. The house is well-equipped with essentials like kitchen appliances, Wi-Fi, and toiletries. A coffee maker and a washer/dryer were nice touches. The bed was comfortable, and the living space was cozy and inviting. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. They also checked periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. During our stay, it snowed. The host came and shoveled snow while we were there. The price was reasonable for the quality and location of the accommodation. This 2-bedroom, 1-bath Airbnb is a fantastic choice for small families looking for a comfortable stay. Have stayed at Artie's a couple times now. Very clean, beautiful veiws with a dock and outside patio. Any Questions we had about fishing Artie messaged back immediately with what to use and where to catch. Will keep coming back time after time.

My dad and I stayed here for a father and son fishing trip on Big Stone Lake. It was perfect, right next to the access, all Lakeshore in front of house and exactly what we needed for a few day getaway to go fishing. Anthony and Brenda were great at communicating on check-in, Follow up during our stay and on checkout. I highly recommend this place to stay.

Julian’s little cottage was absolutely perfect for our Christmas weekend get away. It was so homey and had everything that we needed. I would highly recommend her place to anyone. And the cookies she left were delicious, but were almost too pretty to eat.

Karen is a pro! My stay was great and even though I was just there for one night, she went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied. First, I had rented the smaller room, but a few days before I arrived the larger one became available and Karen reached out to see if I was interested in switching, for no additional charge. Of course I was, so she took care of it without requiring any effort on my part. Next, she knew I would arrive while she was at work, so she provided very clear instructions on how to get in and find the room, and then told me where I could find her if I needed anything. The room I stayed in was spacious and completely private. Everything worked and the entire space was clean. Parking is easy. The house is located about 3-4 miles outside of the small town of Milbank, on a highway, but far enough away that there’s no noticeable noise. If I’m ever in the area again I definitely would stay again!

great place to stay felt like I was home 🏡 if I'm in town again will go back very nice people. and for the area pretty cheap. personally I like the farm life where it is nice and peaceful. Karen was a great host she is very nice and thoughtful. it was great to stay at her warm and hospitable home 🏡.

This was my first and best Airbnb experience. My host was kind, responsive, polite, and personable in every way I could think of. Karen made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again: no question.
