Warm your feet by the real wood stove and roast marshmallows next to the fire pit (wood included!), hike the 200 foot elevation gain on the property, and watch the sunrise through the valley from our new, 4-person hot tub. You'll truly understand the Danish concept of "hygge" after a few nights snuggled up under the stars in this secluded cabin.

New construction for the summer of 2025. This cozy retreat is full of all the amenities you will need for your stay. The main room features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and reclining sofa with smart TV. The bathroom includes a corner shower and washer/dryer. The bedroom has a queen bed and the loft with ladder access has one full, one short double and one twin floor mattresses perfect for kids or able-bodied adults. After a fun day in The Driftless Area, come relax and unwind in Prairie du Chien. Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom home with a spacious kitchen, large island, dishwasher, washer/dryer & 5' walk in shower. We supply all cooking/baking items/utensils so all you need are your food, drinks and ingredients. Full high-speed internet with smart TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Outdoor pool (seasonal), hot tub and massage chair. We love dogs too, so we provide a dog run (there is a pet fee).

The Kirkwood Cottage

Situated on a quite dead-end street, this charming home was built in 1920. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 car garage offers tons of character throughout. Located minutes from downtown Dubuque,local eateries, walking/cycling trails,Loras College,Clarke University and University of Dubuque. Additionally, the wooded backyard gives the outdoor space a peaceful and serene setting, while still being in the middle of town and close to amenities.
