A wonderfully private, secret location, upon arrival met by Lea, who was a very happy easy going style person who immediately made us feel comfortable. Peter arrived shortly after and again a very easy going, down to earth person who was easy to talk with. They impressed that they were available at anytime if we needed. Follow up on the day of leaving was excellent with clear messages.. we have no doubt that we will visit again.

We loved our stay at Leroy & Peter's Ocean Retreat cottage. The place is right by the main road and easy to find. The cottage was huge and very roomy for our group of 6 adults and 4 children. The place was very clean and tidy and just a couple of mins drive from the Port Campbell town which is a good place to chill. Highly recommend this property during the Great Ocean Drive.

We had a great stay! The bedding was super comfortable, which was perfect after a long day driving along the Great Ocean Road. Melissa was very responsive and helpful throughout. I’d definitely stay again – such a lovely house, ideal for a getaway with family or friends.

This little cottage is a gem. Pristine condition, great shower, super comfy bed. Sound of the ocean an unexpected delight. For longer stays: note there isn’t a washing machine. But not far into Warrnambool, so not a big deal. Would very happily go back.

The view from the living room is excellent, and there are 5 rooms with double/queens/kings bed so can fit in large group of people and the rooms are cleaned. The host is very nice and responsive, clear instructions were given. The quality of the TVs are good compared to other airbnbs I stayed in before. They have even provide high quality coffee beans with a breville coffee machine, which not a lot of hotels or airbnb would have provided, we enjoyed a lot for the stay! Location is also good, very close to the nice restaurant and the beach, just few minutes walk will do.

Wat een prachtige plek aan de Great Ocean Road! Mooi centraal tussen Apollo Bay, Cape Otway Lighthouse, Johanna Beach en de 12 Apostles. En wat een uitzicht op zowel de heuvels als de oceaan. De cottage is vrij basic, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is er incl. een lekker bed en een goeie warme douche. En het is zo heerlijk rustig daar. We zouden zeker weer kiezen voor deze prachtige plek!

Our stay at Lorraine’s place was well worth it…clean, spacious, comfortable…short distance driving to local attractions, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to others.
