We were looking for a spacious, affordable, decent option to stay close to the parkway, and boy did we find it! The apartment far exceeded our expectations. First—this must be a new construction because it was so clean and damage free both inside and out. Did I mention how clean it was? Second—it was plenty spacious for our two families. The bunk room and nice-sized bathrooms were very accommodating for our group. The large kitchen and living/dining area provided us with great space for hanging out. Third—we were just a block or so off the parkway so everything was a short drive away. The nice fire pit area in the back provided a quaint, relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a long travel day. The bonus was that the cost per night was comparable to a nice hotel room and we’d need two hotel rooms to accommodate group. The host was also very attentive and responsive. 10/10 recommend!

If you’re looking for a private peaceful place to relax, this is definitely it! The drive up the hill to get there is steep and windy and the road is narrow, so be careful when navigating, especially in the dark. (Use Apple Maps to get to the cabin, Ryan warned us that Google maps takes you to a different dead end.) The cabin is cozy and looks just like the pictures, and the views from the balcony are stunning! The rocking chairs are a great touch for a relaxing quiet time! Ryan was really responsive to any questions I had.

A friend recommended and we are glad we choose this condo. Great location with quick access to all the attractions including Tanger Outlet Mall and Dollywood. Enjoyable stay. The pictures exactly matched the accommodations. Easy access for loading/unloading with no stairs. Very clean and comfortable. Well-equipped Kitchen. Kids loved the bridge/creek in the backyard and the pool/splash pad that was close across the driveway parking area. Worked well for our family with young kids. A little noisy at night as with young kids we go to sleep early, but activating sleep sounds on phones resolved this issue. Hostess is very responsive. Plan to stay again when we are in the area. Definitely recommended.

The day we checked in was the night just before Helene hit Asheville. We lost power on the second day, but luckily Lynn and Bill have a generator that secured our usage of power throughout the next a few days. On the third day, we lost the network. But the magical Lynn and Bill had a starlink that kept us connected to the outside world! The network not only kept us informed about the latest news, but also enabled us to send out important messages to the parents for some Asheville School students, so their parents could arrange picking up their children the moment they received the message. We literally became the information distribution center between the students and their parents. Can't thank Lynn and Bill enough for their support during such difficult time. Forgot to tell you that Lynn and Bill have got a beatuiful house and view, nice settings of everything inside. The days we stayed with Lynn and Bill are unforgettable.

This is a great spot for a family of four. The beds were comfortable. The space was big enough to spread out a little bit. The view from the deck is great as well. If you don't mind being 30 minutes away, this is a great place to stay while visiting Asheville. It's about an hour from Looking Glass Falls too. It's also a beautiful drive to the Tail of the Dragon from here. If you're coming from Raleigh this makes for a much shorter drive home after spending a day driving near the Dragon.

The place was very cozy and clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful especially at night. The host was very friendly and quick with responding back. Definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again!

Just finished our 3 night stay. Absolutely loved the place! All around beautiful. Based off other reviews: we didn’t have any issues with the bed being uncomfortable, there were plenty of towels/dish soap/etc., also didn’t have an issue with thin walls. Only thing I would note that we haven’t seen in the reviews is the drive. If you’re not familiar with mountain type roads it can be intimidating/uncomfortable, but nothing to serious. Just take the roads slow and make sure you have it plugged in maps because you may miss a turn or two in the dark (guilty😅). It was about a 20 min drive to downtown Gatlinburg and about a 25 min drive to Smokey’s depending on Gatlinburg traffic and hike location. Which we appreciated. Thank you Kyle!

Beautiful views! Stunning sunrises over the mountains from the welcoming & relaxing porch. Unbelievably gorgeous. Pretty sunsets visible from the gazebo & fire pit area. We appreciated the very comfortable bed. We were well-rested for all our vacation adventures.

There are not enough words to describe our stay except AMAZING! Harvest Moon had everything we needed for a week away! We loved exploring the Property, the Swing bridge, Riding our Mtn. Bikes and Fishing the Trout pond. The house had everything we needed and was well stocked and cleaned. We enjoyed visiting with Lee and he told us some great places to explore! If you want a place to relax and unwind this is the place to go! We will definitely be back!!! Thank you guys for everything!!

What a wonderful and peaceful stay! We visit the area often and are so glad to have found a spot that is close to Asheville, but without the hustle and bustle of downtown/West Asheville. This spot is absolutely perfect and we will definitely be back! The farm animals and lush grass are such a nice bonus. This was a great spot for a family stay. We especially loved the massive closet in the master bedroom, as it was a great spot to put our kiddo’s travel bed.

The cabin and location was delightful, in that, it totally fit our family's needs for a mountain experience that had easy access to the many attractions of Pisgah Forest and Brevard. The grandkids had a wonderful time playing along and in the Turkey Creek just at the foot of the property. The adults had a wonderful time overseeing their play from the back porch with the overall sounds of the flowing creek. It was a very peaceful and happy environment that often drew the grandkids there instead of wanting to go to "another" attraction. For me, the quintessential quote was from our youngest grandchild of 6 years, "Can we buy this house"? lol! Isaac is listed as a "super host" and I agree. His properties are accurately described and excellently appointed. He was very responsive to all of our questions and I recommend him and his "White Squirrel Properties" to anyone who is searching for a realistic mountain experience,

Wow, beautiful, large, classic home and all on one floor. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone and even with a large crew everyone had privacy. The land was beautiful and plentiful. We were not that far from the main road yet it seemed miles away. Shopping literally at the end of the driveway. Mountain views were wonderful. Landscaping around the house was beautiful as well. I have to call out specifically the stove in the kitchen, we were there during Thanksgiving and hosted a family get together and we were able to prepare everything successfully and with ease. The icing on the cake was the ability to bring our dogs, they loved the yard and our whole family had a wonderful, relaxing week at Owls Haven.

Enjoy staying at Samantha’s place and it is quiet and clean at a very good location. I would be glad to recommend it for other people! Thanks!

Cabin 11 was the sweetest & coziest place I believe we have ever stayed. Our host was super responsive which was a little surprising seeing as it was Thanksgiving weekend! If we ever get to go back to this beautiful little town we will most definitely see if Laurel Bush has something available! Thanks so much for having us😁

Everything was so amazing. Our host was so nice and super helpful when we had an issue. Even provided some extra snacks and hot chocolate to help with our stay. Can’t express how much Judy helped make our stay so much easier and stress free 10/10. Cannot recommend this place enough to everyone. It’s near enough to everything to be a quick trip most places but also far enough off the main strip that you have the peace and quiet.

Had a great time celebrating my birthday at Laurie’s place! The condo was nice, clean, and within walking distance to Gatlinburg. Laurie even left a cake in the fridge for my birthday, which was so thoughtful, and in my opinion a step above any owner we’ve ever dealt with. Free tickets for local attractions was a huge perk, and we definitely took advantage of those. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!! Laurie takes good care of her guests!!

We enjoyed our visit and would definitely consider staying again. The location was perfect and convenient to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The only downside was the road and wind noise which are neither the owner can do anything about.

Awesome place to stay for our family of 5. You can’t get over the beautiful mountain views right off the living room. Our kids loved the indoor pool at the complex and there is an outdoor pool, which would probably be great during the summer. Overall, it was a great spot to relax each night after our adventures during the day.

We only stayed one night but it was perfect for our needs. Brought all our grandkids to Dollywood and it was the perfect resting place after a long day!
