This pond-side cottage is a peaceful place to relax & unwind. Sit in the sunroom and enjoy watching the birds & the water or enjoy the front porch rockers where you can listen to the birds & frogs. We are 12 min. from downtown Sumter & 20 min from Shaw AFB. Local points of interest are Swan Lake Iris Gardens, Poinsett State Park & Congaree Nat. Park. It's only 2 hrs to Myrtle Beach or Charleston & 3 hrs to the mtns. While it's conveniently located, this cottage offers a quiet place to relax.

This cozy cottage has 3 BR and 2 Baths and a stocked kitchen to make you feel right at home. Enjoy fishing from your private dock or take a spin in the paddle boat or kayaks provided. After a long day on the lake, you can enjoy a game of pool, classic arcade games, darts, or board games. WiFi is provided as well as 3 smart TVs. There is plenty of parking for your vehicles and water toys.

Located just 5 mins from I-95 and 12 minutes from Florence, this quaint cottage sits on 6 acres with private deck, firepit & large back yard in a peaceful, country location. Your pets are welcome (max of 2, pls) but are not allowed on our beds. 🧺. King bed in master, 3 TV's (two 55” & one 32”), coffee bar with Keurig, strong WiFi. Sofa pulls out to a bed. 1 hour to Myrtle Beach. 1.5 hour to Charleston. Occasional cricket or bug may sneak in. It’s a farm.
