This home is absolutely beautiful - even more so than the photos! Breanne was friendly and responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. There were SO many thoughtful little touches to welcome us (and our pups!) and make us feel comfortable and at home. The yard is big and private which was great for our pups, and the huge master suite in addition gave everyone lots of space. the master bath area, shower, and tub were so luxurious and the perfect place to unwind. Our family loved the space for our Spring Break. The kids enjoyed the creek and seeing wildlife (deer) right on the property. It was a close drive to Pike’s Peak, the zoo, and Garden of the Gods. On the same day, the hot tub broke and we had a sick kid. The Host sent Crumbl Cookies and had a brand new hot tub installed so we could enjoy it before our stay was up. Highly recommend. We’ll be back!

A lovely house located in a quiet community. We went for an event ten minutes. Check-in was very smooth during the daytime. Definitely will come back for future trips.

Beautiful location for a quiet/secluded getaway with easy access to surrounding nature with hiking. Great kitchen and grill for all cooking needs. We loved staying here and would definitely recommend/come again.

Absolutely would stay here again! Me and my family loved our stay here. After days packed full of fun, going back to their AirBnb made it feel like I was going right back home. She had a pack n’ play AND a high chair all ready in the home for me to use for my youngest kiddo. She also had a packet left out full of a ton of info from clean out to-dos to recommendations for activities to do and food to be delivered! I hope this home is available when we go back to visit!

We visited family in Colorado Springs and needed a place to gather for Thanksgiving Dinner. Mila's place was great. In one large room are a big comfy sectional sofa, a large 6-person dining table and a workable kitchen with modern full-size appliances and a generous selection of nice pots, pans and utensils. It was perfect for our needs. Thanks, Mila!

This was a great spot for us (a group attending a local conference). The house is lovely, the back yard is huge, and it was easy to find/in a good central location. While we didn’t utilize it, this place would be a dream for families with little ones. There were toys, a crib, fun bunk beds, and enclosed outdoor space. Thanks for hosting us!

The Briar Patch Urban Farm is by far the most wonderful place to stay! This was our second stay and we plan to stay again many more times! Everything about the BPUF is perfect, including the host, Cynthia! This feels like our home away from home with family!

Great location near Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods. Lots of space too! Spotless kitchen, bathrooms, and bedroom. Brian was a great host! Would stay there again, 100%.

I had a wonderful stay! The unit was lovely and spacious. I loved the original oak throughout the house, as well as the leaded glass windows. Just lovely. More importantly, everything was very clean. The bathrooms were updated and bright and had everything I needed. I also appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit; after doing some outdoor things it was great to be able to wash clothes. The kitchen seemed to have everything I needed, including coffee and tea, but I didn't cook on this visit. There is a front patio, but no yard, but I was on a working trip, so I didn't miss that at all. Frank and Ingrid were very accommodating--communication was easy and fast. This location is very close to Colorado College, which was great for my visit. I highly recommend it, and would stay here again.

I had the best time at this air bnb! It had absolutely everything you could ask for. I absolutely loved the complimentary snacks, waters, coffee, and adult beverages. It really made me feel like home! Will recommend to so many others!

I can't think of a single flaw, this place far exceeded our expectations—cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Thoughtful touches like a happy birthday note, fresh flowers, and snacks made it feel extra special. Tiffany let us know the unit was ready early and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Her son even offered to help with our bags, which was so kind. The location is fantastic—just minutes from Red Rock Canyon Open Space, Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, and downtown Manitou Springs. We’d love to stay here again!

I loved staying here. it felt cozy and welcoming. it a great part of colorado springs. the hot tub was a bonus. the host was outstanding and was always ahead of the game and checking in to make sure we had what we needed. i will definitely stay here again.

We had the BEST stay at Mary's property. It was absolutely more gorgeous and spacious than the pictures showed. Mary was very communicative and responsive, even checking on us during a surprise blizzard! She offered her husband to come help us if we got stuck in the snow late at night! We didn't have hot water the first night we arrived, and she profusely apologized and unexpectedly returned some of our money for the inconvenience. Overall, we felt very cared for in a beautiful property with everything we would need to make for a comfortable and cozy stay in the beautiful Colorado mountains. I would 10/10 stay at Mary's property again. The beds were very comfortable, our kids loved the games and large space to play, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the towels were fluffy and plentiful! In-unit washer/dryer was also helpful for us. We always felt safe and like we were able to contact Mary with any questions at all. It was a FANTASTIC experience!

I had an incredible experience at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, the host was warm, welcoming, and provided all the details needed for a smooth check-in. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could ask.

This home was fabulous! We admittedly didn't spend much time in the home or nearby locale as we were in there for a family funeral in a neighboring town. But the space was perfect, open, very clean and comfortable. Beds were nice, linens clean. The hosts were communicative and kind. So much better than a hotel! Would stay again if needed!

I held a woman’s retreat at the Airbnb. It was the perfect location, warm and inviting. Communication with the team was spot on. They were always available to reach if I have any questions. I highly suggest this property and will probably return back to it in the near future!

Our second stay here and we will be back on our next Colorado Springs trip.

The Stilt House was just what we were looking for. A beautiful mountain retreat. Excellent communication before, during, and after our stay. The house had all of the amenities you are looking for when traveling away from home. My kids loved hanging out in the hammocks. The kitchen is well stocked (much better than most rentals I've stayed at). Beds and linens were amazing. We were blessed to see the Northern Lights on our first night there which was a great treat! My kids already want to know when we will be going back.
