Appreciated the great communication! Heather was helpful and accommodating! No huge ‘host fee’ like some places! My son said everything was clean, looked like the pics, and was perfect for his 2 night stay while working in the area. Also said parking was easy!

Absolutely adored the location. The apartment was clean, with the host making detailed efforts to make guests feel welcome. Loved this spot!

This apartment was spacious and looked just like the photos. We loved having dinner at the brewery right next door. Beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked.

Love how big this space was with plenty of room to relax. Will most definitely be rebooking in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at David’s place in Dayton. The property itself was wonderful, clean, well equipped, and comfortable. I was visiting on a national tour and doing a show at the Shuster Center and David’s place was easily walkable to work (on a beautiful sunny day) or a very short Uber ride. We were also walking distance to the Dayton Art Institute. I would absolutely stay at David’s place again!

Great place to stay. Nice and quiet also close to restaurants and stores. Host is great very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended

Casa Clifton is a charming space that was perfect for our long weekend. The local university, which is what brought us to town, was just a quick 5 minute drive away. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Attention to little details like some water bottles in the fridge to a drawer of bathroom essentials show that Alex & Minerva want their guests to have everything they need. Communication was prompt and friendly! We would definitely stay here again!

Tamara was a great host. The home is beautiful and is kept very clean. Everything is available for cooking, but delivery is fast and convenient too. The instructions were easy to follow and helpful. I would definitely recommend and will stay there again if my travels take me to Dayton.

We enjoyed our stay at this creative getaway! We worked on a puzzle and enjoyed exploring her collection of books and art supplies. We were able to log into our usual apps on her TV, but very much enjoyed disconnecting and spending time outside on the peaceful back patio! It was nice to be near the downtown area, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with privacy and peace. An inspiring home that was very cozy and comfortable.

We had the opportunity to stay at Teresa's Beaverbrook Cottage and it was wonderful. Upon entering we immediately noticed that it was clean, furnished nicely and inviting. Being we spent a month at the cottage that was very important to us. If we needed anything, Teresa and Steven were right there for us. The location was close to everything from the bike trail to grocery stores and parks. Thank you so much!

Jennifer was an amazing host & it was a very convenient home in Beavercreek! Very spacious home & clean. Nice updates barhrooms. The best part was we encountered issues with our rental car, Jen was so helpful & accomodating! Having a kind & understanding host is so important. Would stay again!

If you are staying in the area this is definitely a great choice! We've stayed here on two separate occasions and the home has always been clean and inviting. It's a great family spot and communication with Freddie has always been easy and quick!

This place is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes etc. The beds were all very comfortable. And the bathrooms were very clean and well equipped with the necessities. I would highly recommend this house. Thanks Matt
