You have all the amenities of a home including laundry, fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, cathedral ceilings, high speed internet with smart TV (Netflix, Prime, Hulu, YoutubeTV, Disney+). It is all new, opened in June 2018. Just a few blocks from downtown, bikeway, Yellow Springs Brewery, Mills Park Hotel, Little Art Theater, and more.

A spacious private garden level apartment attached to our home in a quiet and friendly neighborhood with a peaceful creek, windchimes, flowers, large back yard, and many amenities nearby. You will find freshly washed and ironed sheets on a wonderful new mattress to provide you with a wonderful night's rest. Your pet cat or dog are important guests also. Be sure to register them.
