It's perfect for families, groups, or couples to enjoy a Rocky Mountain getaway.

This unique cozy guest suite is perfect for 1-2 people traveling through Denver for vacation, business trip or to be near friends & family! It offers a fully stocked kitchen, a bedroom & bath, two flat screen TVs, a parking spot & a cozy recliner couch! Close to Lowry hangar restaurants, down the street from multiple trails & parks (Utah Park), 25 min to the Denver airport, 12 minutes to CU Anschutz campus, less than an hour to the mountains, & so much more! Serenity at 8,000 feet with Pine and Aspen trees. Address is Littleton, but it's part of the Conifer mountain community. The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.
