Our home is a grade 2 listed building with large rooms and gardens. It is a perfect location for sightseeing North Wales, Anglesey, Chester, Liverpool and Manchester . We are very close to the beautiful Snowdonia National Park and the coast. Perfect for walkers and anyone who enjoys beautiful countryside. Paula and Simon live on the premises, so are on hand for any help and advice if needed. The guest wing has maximum privacy, but is joined to main house, with access to garden,patio & BBQ area.

It benefits from a secluded patio to the side of the property It sleeps two people in one open plan space so, is ideal for couples or friends alike. It has a modern kitchen and en suite shower room. There is facility to store and dry wet gear. A short walk to the Dinorben Arms. Close to the Offa’s Dyke trail. Airbnb have changed how they collect fees. Prices haven’t gone up I promise. Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. The four poster room has en-suite shower room and the second bedroom (twin or super king) has access to bathroom with shower above. Thanks for looking .

Explore country lanes from the doorstep or we are only a mile from the sea and a welcoming base to explore North Wales from or just stay in and relax.

The Paddock

The Paddock cottage is a wonderful, semi-detached bungalow set in the owner's 3 acre grounds, with views over the rolling countryside. Set all on the ground floor, the spacious living/dining room features a cosy electric fire and a large Smart TV with Netflix. The kitchen is well-equipped and has both a dishwasher and washing machine. Accommodation is spread over 2 comfortable double bedroom, one of which has a kingsize bed and the other has French doors leading to the patio area.
