W Hotel with Hot Tub & $30k Showers & Relaxing Cabana

Embrace the alluring aesthetics of this completely revamped home. The property features contrasting textures and motifs, a monochromatic interior, chic furnishings and decor, and a Moroccan style outdoor cabana with entertainment system. This exquisite house just underwent a $110k full renovation in which we spared no expense. We ripped the house down to the studs and installed only the most high end bathroom and living room finish outs that dwarf even the nicest of luxury hotels. Imagine sitting on the marble bench in the master shower while getting drenched by the warm water gushing out of the six body jets that are aligned with the bench. Then stand under the drenching ceiling mounted rainfall shower head for a final refreshing cleanse. All the while, Philips LED app controlled mood lighting will make your worries melt away while listening to your favorite music from the in shower speaker. Both baths have LED back lit touch screen mirrors and LED Philips lighting under new contemporary vanities. We even thought of every last detail such as the in bathroom coffee maker so you don't even have to go to the kitchen to enjoy your first cup of the day. There is plenty of closet space and drawers for your clothes as well as a luggage rack for your suitcase if you're the type that doesn't like to unpack. The house has speakers in all common areas including outside. There are new 80" televisions in the master bedroom and living room that each have Apple TV and full ATT cable TV channel spectrums. The relaxing jet filled hot tub in the back yard allows you to rest up your tired muscles while listening to your favorite music using the hot tub water proof speakers. The newly built Morrocan styled cabana has built in sofas for relaxing outdoor between hot tub dips. The kitchen has a gas stove with vent that actually vents to the outside, pots and pans, small appliances, silverware, plates, and serving dishes for serving parties up to 6. The guest bedrooms each have king size Sterns and Foster beds for extremely comfortable sleeping. OUR MOST RECENT REVIEW: November 2017 "For never renting an Airbnb before, you really set the bar high for us. The space was exactly what my family and I needed for the week. It was one of the most relaxing stays we have had before. From the ambient lighting throughout the home and bathrooms, to the crazy master shower. We've stayed at top of the line hotels and your home exceeded all of those. As a home builder I like to see what other people are doing, you or your designer really did a great job. My wife and I always look for Modern hotels and places we feel are safe for our kids. Your home was a breath of fresh are. Our little girls are still talking about it after we got home, asking if the next place we stay will look like it again lol. My answer was doubtful. For the space and the money, we will definitely do this again" Guests have access to the whole house except the office, plunge pool in the back left corner of the backyard and master bedroom closet. A new HEB was just built a block away for your convenience. Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts due to the huge investment we've made in the house There is a small construction project in the backyard. This project will not affect the hot tub use or cabana area. PLEASE DO NOT DOCK OUR RATING OVER THIS ISSUE SINCE WE ARE PROVIDING FULL DISCLOSURE AHEAD OF TIME. The hot tub and outdoor shower is still free with the house's normal rate. The shower experience 1. An outdoor shower with six body jets and waterfall shower experience. This feature alone cost $18k to install. NO TECHNICAL ASSISTENCE PROVIDED FOR HOUSE IMPORTANT NOTE: There are absolutely no parties allowed in the house. If more than eight people are seen at the house that will be grounds for immediate evection by my uncle who is a sheriff who happens to luckily live next-door. The reason for the strict policy is because previously the house with used as a party for profit location that led to do extensive damage. Eviction will occur at any point during the rental if more than eight people are seen entering the house. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two closets and private outdoor hot tub. HOA community pool just two blocks away. We provide absolutely no technical assistence for the audio visual system but it's pretty intuitive and easy to figure out. Daily if requested. The property is located in a nice, quiet suburban neighborhood yet still boasts convenient access to the city attractions. The home is 12 minutes from Fiesta Texas and La Cantera, 20 minutes from downtown, and 25 minutes from Sea World. You really want to have your own car to be able to access this property or you can use Uber, which is cheap and easy to use. The house is in the upscale Stone Oak suburbs. We do not offer discounts on our nightly rate. Please do not request discounts.

Luxury Home Only Three Minutes from Riverwalk and the Pearl

You will have access to the entire home including use of outdoor games and hot tub for a $25 hot tub cleaning fee. Absolutely! Ask us about restaurant recommendations or any ideas for your San Antonio plans. (girls weekend, convention plans, wedding festivities, places to take the kiddos, weekend without the kids ;) or local breweries) The house is set in the trendy Pearl District and only 2 blocks from the popular River Walk and Pearl Complex. Hip restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops dot the area. The San Antonio Museum of Art is a 15-minute walk away. Walking around the neighborhood is the most convenient way to get around. This part of San Antonio has established highly prominent biking lanes as well. There are bicycles you can rent at the Pearl. We are about a 10 minute bike ride from many museums and parks around our area. Driving is ideal for destinations such as Fiesta Texas or Sea World. Uber is another option to consider getting around. A non-surge fare of around $5 will typically get you anywhere downtown. Walking distance to the Riverwalk, bars, restaurants, and other attractions is why this property is so unique. For convention attendees, you are close to the convention center (3.7 miles away) that traveling a breeze, but you are still able to experience the most eclectic neighborhood in San Antonio as a local. In addition to the walkable neighborhood, you can enjoy the spectacular kitchen & hot tub! You and your group will create lifelong memories here. Take it easy at Wildacres Cabin-a unique and tranquil getaway. Leave the city and traffic and view a night sky full of stars. Hike and explore all 62 acres. You might see rabbits and deer as well as beautiful wildflowers & songbirds. There are 2 ponds where you can catch small fish just be sure to bring your own fishing equipment. Enjoy yourselves at the outdoor firepit, or eat at the picnic table after you've grilled your meal on the BBQ pit. Inside there are boardgames, cards & puzzles.
