The place was beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. In my opinon, updating is needed in the second story of the house and the pool house's bathroom, but overall everything was good.

My three friends and I had a nice stay at Brenda's place. The pool and outdoor area were our favorite place to eat breakfast, read books, and play Rummykub (which we found at the house). There are beaches within walking or short driving distance and Brenda was kind enough to ensure we had enough beach chairs and towels. We loved the little Mexican restaurant up the street and to the left and there was an interesting thrift store up the street to the right. The mini-split AC units in the bedrooms were very effective. When the power went out on the island, we were out on a boat and had no idea; by the time we got home, Brenda had already ensured that the generator was up and running for us so we returned home to power - which was incredible. This place is truly a great value and I am sure you will not find better hosts. If you are particular about your bedding or kitchen utensils, be sure to pack you own. This place was a very lovely stay.

This was an awesome place. Very quiet area. Close to plenty of places to see and lots to do. Great host! Definitely coming back again!!

This stay was everything we hoped for and more! The location was perfect—just a 2-minute walk to two beautiful beaches. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere and essential amenities nearby. The closest store was about 10 minutes away, which was very manageable. The home itself was well-equipped with tons of thoughtful amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

What a beautiful home and it’s perfect for a family. The number of bathrooms (3) help and all the rooms are clean. The kitchen is well equipped with large pots for big meals and the dining room can accommodate all of us. The furniture's are all very comfortable and there is a 2 SMART TVS in all rooms including the 1 of the family rooms. The hot tub is perfect and the rooftop is stunning. The Blackstone was a major plus and allowed the family to bond and made cooking a lot easier!!What a great view! The place is also close to beach and restaurants. Highly recommended for a family getaway! Will definitely recommend this place to our friends and come back.

This is my second time staying here my family loves this location. Close to the beach, my kids loved the pool that was basically just us. Area is very quiet. The house is very comfortable for my family. Only con I would say is the master bed is pretty firm but not a major problem. I love staying here and will definitely come back again.

Highly recommend the condo have all the items needed plenty toiletries, paper towels, wash cloth, bath and pool towels and more. For the first time we didn’t have to spend money on everyday items (I was pleasantly surprised). Beach was four minute drive? but go early to find a good parking. Rubimar was the best restaurant we visit food was really good about a 20 minute ride worth it. Jessica is a great host! Very attentive and promptly responded.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Pamela's property in Cabo Rojo. From the very beginning, Pamela was very attentive and responded quickly to all our questions. The house is spotless, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is excellent, close to the best beaches and restaurants in the area. We had a wonderfully peaceful stay at Manuel’s Villa. The rooms were just as pictured. The villa is very charming and comfortable. We used the small pool just outside the first floor almost daily. The infinity pool on the property was fantastic also. The property and surrounding area is private and tucked away from the town, but a short drive to beaches, restaurants, the supermarket and bakeries. I did reach out to Manuel during my stay and response was immediate. He actually was the first to make contact and welcome us to Rincon. We are very happy with our stay, it felt like being home, if we were fortunate enough to live in PR and in such a lovely space! Thank you Manuel. We can’t want to return!
