We enjoyed our stay here. We chose the location because it's close to my son who we were visiting. It's located across from the ocean and beach which depending on conditions, some days you can swim or catch a sunset there. A bakery (sell baked goods, coffee, sandwhiches, snacks etc.) and a couple of chincurros (bars) are within easy walking distance. If you're able to walk farther/longer, there's more to access. We interacted with Logan, who was very responsive and helpful. When the AC went down in one of the bedrooms, he offered us to use one of the other vacant units on the property and the contractors were scheduled immediately to fix the issue. The property has a couple of grills, multiple outside places to relax or eat. And you'll even find some snorkeling supplies, towels and a beach umbrella and chairs to use. We would definitely come back!

We loved our stay, right on the water with the sound of the ocean to sleep to. The kitchen had simple equipment to cook with and we loved sitting outside having our coffee and breakfast. Xavier was very responsive and helpful. It’s safe, quiet, and beautiful. You can’t really walk to town, but everything is a short drive.

Perfect place for a family vacation. The villa was perfect. Pictures were true to the location. The beach was in walking distance. Our family of 4 had a wonderful time! Thank you for sharing this gorgeous space and for all the great details you provided. We will be back. For those who love the beach- One of the most beautiful locations I have been to over the years. The beach was pristine. We walked to Sandy beach most days to swim more comfortably. We did not use the gym/pool- so cannot comment to those aspects of the stay.

The place is perfect and it's only a few steps from the water and has a beautiful view to the each from the inside. PROS: Close to restaurants, beautiful view and lot of privacy. Hoy wáter I'm shower and Cold air condicioner. CONS: Bathroom shower Is very hard to get in(kind of narrow entrance. Bedroom next to the street and you hear every car tha passes by, if noise doesn't bother you the place is overall great.

great location in the middle of Rincon and aguadilla/Isabella. host's were very friendly. the only downside is the two rooms are a straight shot (meaning you have to walk through one to get to the other). Small but nice place! great pool area!

We spent two weeks in Puerto Rico at Casa Birdsong. It is a beautiful, well-equipped, beachfront accommodation where we immediately felt at home. The beach is only 20-30 metres away, but there is a road in between which has a Caribbean flair at weekends: "cars driving up and down with lots of music". The accommodation is perfect for 4 people with a spacious dining and living room with kitchen. The large private pool is a dream - especially when the sea outside is a bit rough. The owners Mary & Jim are on site, very friendly, kind and extremely helpful. We were given lots of information about handy shopping facilities, good places to eat and interesting places to visit. Definitely a recommendation.

Mi familia y yo lo pasamos espectacular. Excelente lugar, extremadamente limpio, excelente ubicación, bien ambiente, muy privado, la piscina acogedora y limpia, camas super cómodas con matress de excelente calidad. Cerca de farmacias, panaderías, restaurantes!!! Y con el apagón de todo PR no hubo problemas, hay planta eléctrica que mueve toda la casa incluso los aires, estufa eléctrica y motor de piscina! en fin TODO! Words can not express how much we enjoyed our stay at Luis’s beach house. While the indoor seating and sleeping arrangements may be a little small, it was perfect for our tight-knit family and we didn’t come to this gorgeous island to sit inside anyway! The covered seating/dining area overlooking the back deck and the sea was the best place on earth to sit and relax. The location directly on the beach could not have been better; we loved walking on the basically empty beach and exploring. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a lot of our own meals so we could keep enjoying the home and the beach, but also make sure to try some great local restaurants. We definitely hope to be back!

My family and I stayed at the house this past week! We had an amazing time! The waves were a little big for my small children. However, we loved coming back from the beaches to the house. The sunsets were beautiful! One night we wanted to grill and the propane was out and the property manager, Chris came right over and changed it.

2nd time renter. We had family vacation with adult kids & grandkids. House & beach great for kids. There are some rocks but didn't affect us. Nice to have private pool. Most dinners were at the house & easy with grill. Olajas bar & restaurant walking distance. Great drinks food & people. Aguada is a hidden gem of PR. Easy drive to Rincon or Aguadilla for different beaches.

We had an amazing stay at Ocean Breeze! The property was perfect for our family, and we thoroughly enjoyed the amenities. Everything was well maintained, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The beds were incredibly comfy, making for restful nights after a full day at the beach. The overall experience was fantastic, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for providing such a wonderful space for our family to make lasting memories!

Excellent property and hosts. Right on the beach, great waves, sand and sunsets! Enough space for the family to stretch out, quiet area close to everything we needed, the home was clean and orderly and questions were responded to quickly! Beach chairs/boogie boars/floaties were available to us too. We had an excellent time with no problems, thank you!

Can't say enough about what a wonderful host Jayson is. We had another great stay. We always have everything we need. This is by far the best place to stay on the island. Can't wait to plan our next stay!

We had a wonderful stay at VillaNicky! Everything was perfect from the house, to the location, to the amenities. Marco has everything you’ll need for your vacation and is extremely helpful with local recommendations. The location of VillaNicky is wonderful - a 10 min walk to our favourite restaurant, Casa Islena (our kids could swim while we enjoyed breakfast) and Sandy Beach for boogie boarding. We loved everything about Rincón and VillaNicky. We’ll be back for sure!

What a great place! Hearing the ocean waves as we went to sleep and woke in the morning was incredible. Aaron’s guide that was shared prior to our arrival had all the details and more to help us prepare for our arrival and we referenced it often during our stay for recommendations. He was great at responding and his home was as described and perfect for a couple looking to spend some quality time together on this beautiful island!

Excellent spot for our family of four. We worked between surf spots snorkeling and exploring. While we did this I got surf some very cool breaks. When we packed each day full of fun we came back to a comfy, peaceful place. I was stoked to see nearly everything we needed for a beach day was there.

The Place was clean and cozy, with modern amenities. The location was perfect, close to restaurants the beach was steps away and close to All the Top beaches on the Westside. The host was friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended!

Beautiful condo, fabulous hosts, great communications and recommendations. No question went unanswered and advice freely given. You are just steps from the beach and sitting on the patio drinking coffee and watching the waves was fabulous
