The Garden Apartment at the Oasis

Our home is nestled high on a hilltop in the established and desirable neighborhood of Vistas Atenas overlooking the quaint town of Atenas. We have unobstructed stunning views from Atenas to the capital city of San Jose, and boast temperatures slightly more moderate than the valley. The daytime views are only surpassed by the dazzling lights at night. We are a sort 3km drive to downtown Atenas. 2 acres of manicured gardens surround our large modern home. Safe and secure parking in our gated and fenced compound. Atenas is well situated making access to all attractions popular with tourists. Juan Santamaria airport 23 km,Pacific coast beaches 40 km, Arenal Volcano 111 km, San Jose 35 km.

Charming spot just 300m from Playa Hermosa, top surf beaches (4 km north of Santa Teresa). Walking distance to the supermarket and surrounded by lush jungle and fruit trees. You’ll often see monkeys, iguanas, and a variety of birdlife.The area is peaceful, away from dust and crowds, offering a safe and quiet environment with plenty of shade to keep things cool throughout the day. There’s a hammock outside, perfect for relaxing. Several yoga retreats are nearby, and we offer on site surf rentals.

My place is 100 meters from the sand at the best surfing beach in the area with great sunset views. You’ll love the apartment due to the ambiance, the outdoors space, the comfy bed, and the peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Great for couples and solo adventurers. It is located on the first floor below my bungalow. **Please note, I live directly above this studio apartment with my wife & 4-yr-old toddler. There will be Happy Feet noise at times but we try to be mindful. Discount applied for this.

We offer 2 new, safe and cozy studios within Hacienda Pinilla, an exclusive premium gated community just 15 minutes away from the famous town of Tamarindo. Both studios have a kitchenette, open air shower and terrace. They are 5 minutes drive from 3 beautiful beaches and the JW Marriott Hotel. 2 adults and 1 child can sleep per studio (we can put a small extra bed). They can be rented separately or together. There is no pool on property but the Beach Club is 5 minutes drive away.
