Gorgeous beach house with enough space for the group of 7 we had. Loved being on the beach and no other houses in front of us, private open beach. A+ on beach chairs/umbrellas being available since no rentals there. Loved the hot tub too! Would recommend to families or groups of friends.

This was one of the best stays we’ve had! The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable. It wasn’t like staying in a random condo, it was like being in a home. We had everything we needed & the location was great. The little ‘beach’ was super cute & we loved the porches.

This is a sweet little beach house with tons of privacy! It is not fancy but just so cute, simple & comfortable. I loved the purse shower & sitting on the deck in the evenings & early morning coffee. Linens were very clean as well as a comfortable bed. The beach was simply the best, so beautiful & dog friendly. Our 2 year old Bernie-doodle Pheobe loved it. Jonathan the host was literally the most helpful & minor issue we had. He was so responsive & beyond accommodating. We have rented many places, as well as we manage properties & Johnathan definitely was probably one of the best hosts we’ve ever seen! I highly recommend this little house! Book now b/c it’s worth it. We loved it.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Host was very responsive with any requests. House was just as pictured. The area was very quiet and peaceful- which is what we were after when booking, it certainly met and exceeded our expectations. We look forward to returning for a future stay!

I’ve stayed at many rentals, and I have to say—this is one of the best. I'm not even sure where to begin! The cottage far exceeded my expectations. It’s in pristine condition, with everything modern and updated. Angel has thoughtfully provided everything you could want or need during your stay. All the utensils, pots, pans, and even the coffee machine were in excellent condition and carried a charming coastal theme. The views from the back of the cottage are breathtaking. The neighborhood was very quiet, and everyone we encountered was friendly. Since the home is set back from the street, there was no traffic noise at all. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. There’s also a daybed on the porch, which made for the perfect spot to relax. Angel recommended Kingfisher Seafood, and we ended up ordering from there two nights. The food was delicious—and even better, they offer DoorDash. All in all, this was a 5+ star stay, and I would absolutely love to come back.

Absolutely loved our stay. The house was beautiful and location was great. The host was very friendly and responsive. I would love to stay here again.

Claire’s place was just as described. The coffee shop and Five Sisters Blues Cafe are highly recommended. We walked everyday and explored the area. Some of our favorite areas were Palafox (market on Saturday, Bruce Park and the waterfront behind the stadium.

We loved everything about our bungalow! Clean, peaceful & felt a lot like home! I would definitely come back to stay whenever I’m in town! 5 star across the board!

It was great to be back at the Little Blue Osprey again. The house, in a quiet neighborhood, was perfect for our party of three. Had our morning coffees on the front porch. We walked to the restaurants in downtown Pensacola. Interesting nature areas in all directions. And the naval base is a short driving distance away. We'll be back next year.

We were fortunate enough to stay at Debra’s while searching for a home in the area. We throughly enjoyed our stay! This is a wonderful tranquil location in which to stay. We travelled with our small dog and enjoyed walking in this beautiful neighborhood with friendly people who greeted us and our dog! We loved sitting on the porch swing and enjoying the evening! The gated porch was wonderful allowing our dog to lay out there and enjoy watching the birds and squirrels! The hard wood floors and the furnishings were beautiful and the beds were very comfortable and restful. Having a hearty shower, along with the option of a tub was great. With this as our house search base, we were able to locate a new Alabama home!

A lovely little duplex. Very nicely furnished with quality fixtures and fittings. Sparkling clean. Very comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Internet was fast. Walking distance to everything including the ferry and numerous restaurants. Good private parking behind the house. TV requires mostly using your own subscription but that is becoming normal these days. A great and very friendly neighborhood.
