This was the perfect stay! The home was well appointed, and all the “community” amenities kept us busy! We really felt like we were at a resort when laying by the pool overlooking the lake. I highly recommend Magnolia Overlook. There was even a wedding at the beautiful “Main House” and we would have been none the wiser if Dave hadn’t given a heads up, they were very respectful! We will be back.

The house was great! Beautiful views... right on the lake..hot tub. Patio was enormous! Nice being able to grill. Showers were perfect and plenty of bathrooms! I'm a homebody but was totally comfortable. Any questions, the host responded IMMEDIATELY! She's great! Looking forward to my next stay.

Our family enjoyed Easter weekend at Jaim's place. House was clean inside and out and our kids loved the 'theme'/aesthetic. My oldest said it was the top airbnb she has stayed!

Nice home, for a big group. Lots of space and beds. The home has visible neighbors and one of the largest hot tubs/spa I’ve ever seen. Nice Managment company. Over all satisfied stay.

Had a great stay! House was ROOMY and comfortable. Great kitchen and bathrooms. Wi-Fi was lightning fast. Gorgeous neighborhood. I highly recommend this place!

Great AirBnb on the lake. Took advantage of the dock, kayaks, cornhole, and fire pit. Hot tub and sauna are nice amenities - and a second kitchen which was well equipped like the main floor kitchen were great to have. Spacious living spaces, kids bunk room, and 4 bathrooms all well equipped and decorated. We spent hours on the covered porch taking in the peaceful lake views. Not a long drive to grocery stores and local restaurants. Would stay again!

Beautiful lake home! The house was cozy comfortable and clean! Would love to come back in summer months to enjoy all the lake has to offer! Guntersville is a very short drive and a charming southern town with lots of shops and restaurants. The Rock house restaurant highly recommend! Looking for a family vacation on the lake look no further, house was stocked with everything we needed.

Our large family of 11 adults plus 12 children all agreed that this was the best house we have ever rented. It accommodated us beautifully. The bunk room was a dream come true for all the cousins (children). The lot was great and had easy access to the lake. The kitchen was huge and very well equipped and the living space was wonderful and we never felt the least bit crowded. I don’t know how our stay could have been improved. Thanks so much!

Bubba and Kelly are the most hospitable host I have had the pleasure of meeting. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! It was truly a blessing to meet them both! I would highly recommend!!

We had an amazing stay at Sunset Rocks! The home was the perfect spot for celebrating my father-in-law’s 80th birthday and made for a wonderful family getaway (8 adults and 2 dogs). The porch and view were absolutely breathtaking, providing the ideal spot to relax and take in the scenery. The hot tub was a great touch, and the brand-new outdoor grill made cooking out easy and enjoyable. Inside, the house was well-stocked with plenty of utensils and cookware, making meal prep a breeze. The living room was comfortable and inviting, perfect for spending time together. Most importantly, the host was incredibly accommodating and responsive to any questions or requests we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely recommend Sunset Rocks to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped retreat in Mentone!

Can't say enough about how awesome our visit was. From the minute we walked in and my wife remarking how clean the place looked AND smelled, to the outstanding view, and even covered parking for my 3/4 ton pickup!!

View was incredible! Super quiet location! Very comfortable spaces! Bed was phenomenal! Hallway shower was our favorite! Kitchen was very well equipped. Loved the hot tub and the shark 💗. We loved listening to the cows and watching the birds! The ping pong table and bat/ball was a fun feature even for 50 year olds. Was wonderful having a garage for parking our truck and playing the games. The butcher block was a beautiful addition to the kitchen. Loved being able to sit at the table and look at the view while eating! Can't believe how close we were to a Dollar General (which we took advantage of) and Guntersville, but seemed as though we were miles away from civilization. This is a perfect location for us to build our forever home, if your place wasn't already there 😊

This place was beautiful. It was very cozy and it was very clean. The whole family felt right at home we would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying here. It’s so quaint and comfortable that you feel right at home from the minute you walk in the door. The host is always helpful and responsive. We will stay again.
